Cinos have mix feeling about robots due to him mostly trash them in a daily basic but he seem to respect Reploids but thank to Sigma using the Chaos Emeralds to scrambled with the timeline, past and future collided. Leviathan, one of the children of X from a possible future came as she force to be Sigma's soldier but Cinos freed her which cause her to strangely thank him.

Fairy Leviathan is from Mega Man Zero, the sequel to Mega Man X as she and other timelines were forced to merge by Sigma.
