Cinos doesn't really judge humans by gender so he knows their male, females, and other specific, he think people should be glad to be themselves. He met this hyperactive person named Najimi as he very shock and surprise of meeting someone who keep switching gender, he find it very attractive and thing they're unique.

This is the fourth time that Cinos is +LGBTQ (after with Double Trouble, Seitaro, and possibly Mileena but it's unknown if she's confirmed to be bisexuality as its still not official) and also the third time Cinos is not with a female character due to the character saying their gender is Najimi as its still a mystery (Double Trouble is nonbinary, Seitaro is male)
