The story starts from where kamini shoots shivaay and anika run to save shivaay and get shot.everyone are shocked and shivaay screams anika.he carries her and go to hospital followed by om,rudra and others.omru and shivaay going in one car where on drives the car and shivaay and anika in backseat.pinky ,tej ,jhanvi, shakthi,prinku, Dadi in another car reached the hostipal.the doctor takes anika to the operation theatre and start the operation and where shivaay is broken down and om,rudy consoles him and others are tensed.sahil and shivaay was crying.
The doctor comes out and shivaay runs out and ask the doctor how is my wife.the doctors says that ur wife is in coma.shivaay and everyone are shocked.shivaay eye has full of tears.the doctor said any four of them to go and see anika.so sahil and shivaay om,rudy went inside and saw anika whose hand is attached to glucose .shivaay cries and as soon his tears comes out of his eyes fall on anika hand and she get conscious and anika and say shivaay .both om,rudy go out and tell everyone and everyone come and ask how is she.?pinky say thank you for saving her son.sahil,rudy,om come and hug her.
After two days anika get discharged .the whole 🏠 is decorated with flowers for anika welcome anika comes inside and get emotional and get blessings of all family members.
Pinky say sorry anika I have always misunderstood you thanks for saving my son and sorry please forgive me anika.
Anika: aunty elders don't ask for forgiveness but they bless us .
Pinky : no aunty only mom ok .

Then shivaay and anika went to their room and anika was told to rest by shivaay.
om, rudra,soumya and prinku,sahil are planning to make a surprise party for anika.
