I did all that but it's you who lost everything', said Karan smirking but annika was just standing still. She was not even blinking her eyes. Her worst nightmare had came true. The one who promised her to be with her in thick and thin had left her.

I promise i'll keep you like a queen baby', he was about to touch her shoulder when someone held his wrist so tightly that he felt it to be broken. He looked towards the direction and for once he was scared looking at the red eyes which could kill anyone by mere look only. It was shivaay. He was looking at Karan as if he would burn him alive.

        Karan hadn't even came out of the shock when a hard punch landed on his face and he fell back hitting the floor. He started beating him continously. Everyone came their listening the voices. Shivaay was out of control.

Even if god would come and say na that my annika has cheated me, i will believe my annika only')  shouted shivaay continously beating him while annika looked at him shockingly.

       'Shivaay what are you doing? I didn't do anything shivaay. This all was done by this sl.......', shivaay didn't let him complete as he again punched him.

        'Don't you dare you moron' roared shivaay hitting his head with nearby table which scared everyone.

        'But you said you trust me', Karan said breathing heavily because of continuous beating but he again got a punch but this time not from shivaay but Rudra.

        'Enough! Do you know who she is? She is my bhabhi. My mother. Jitna pyaar main apne bhaiya se karta hoon na, usse kahin zyada main bhabhi se karta hoon. I love her more than my brother and you pointed on her character you cheapster. It was all a drama. We all pretended to believe you not because we don't trust bhabhi but because law need proofs which we didn't have against you. So we had to do all this. And now we have that proofs as you yourself confessed everything in front of bhabhi Mr. Karan Malhotra.

         Tears escaped annika's eyes seeing all this. She was relieved that her family was with her only.

         'Rudy! Call the police right now' said shivaay coldly looking at Karan.

        'Don't worry shivaay! I have called them long back. They must be here anytime soon', it was omkara.

         Soon police came and took Karan with them along with the proofs. Shivaay asked them to give him merciless punishment. Everyone breathed sigh of relief.

         Dadi came to annika who was silently crying looking down. She caressed her head while she hugged her tightly.

        'I'm sorry dadi' said annika crying.

       'No puttar. Why are you saying sorry? It was not your fault. Arey main toh bolne wali thi lekin iss khote ne kuch bolne hi nahi diya'('I was about to speak but this donkey didn't let me') dadi said pointing at shivaay who was continously looking at annika. Everyone else chuckled.

        Soon she hugged everyone except shivaay. Pinky wiped her tears and said, 'Don't cry bachha. My daughters don't looks nice when cryings.'

         Shivaay was about to go to her when she ran from there to their room making him sigh sadly.

       'Shivaay! I want my daughters smiling in the mornings. You have hurt her a lots. Now go and ask her to forgive yous', pinky ordered shivaay in her usual English.

         'Don't worry mom. You'll find you khidkitod daughter smiling in the morning. That's my promise' He said looking at the stairs sadly.

       He entered his room only to see her sitting near pool dipping her legs in the water. She was looking pale. He felt bad for her.

        He went and sat beside her but she didn't bother.

        'I'm sorry annika' he said softly but she was way too hurt. Though he did all that for her only, it was still not easy for her. She was on the verge of losing him.

         'Annie! I know i shouldn't have done that but it was necessary to gain his trust to collect proofs against him. Only i know how i said all those things to you. I was dying seeing you crying and pleading everyone to believe you but i had to do all that because proofs are valued more than feelings in the law. I know i have hurt you badly with my words but please forgive me baby' he said while choking.

        Annika couldn't bear all this so she started going from there but he held her wrist and hugged her tightly making her wriggle in his arms. She was trying her best to come out of his hold but he wasn't letting her do so. Sighing, she stopped wriggling and end up crying hugging him.

        'Annie please you can do whatever you want. You can beat me, slap me, scold me but please talk to me. I can't bear your silence jaan please' he was crying at the end.

       Her hold on him tightened.

       'I was scared shivaay. Very scared. You know when you said that you don't trust me, i felt like dying shiv. I have no one in my life except you. You are not only a part of my life, you are my life, my heart,my love, my soul, my everything shiv. I had lost the hope of getting happiness in my life before you came into my life. You filled my life with happiness, with your love and your care. If not for you, i would have died long back. You are the sole reason of my existence jaan. I'm so much dependent on you that i can't even think about my life without you' she cried her heart out. He tried to break  the hug but she didn't let him do that. She was continously crying. He caressed her hair trying to calm her down.

        Once she calmed down, they broke apart. He wiped her tears kissing her forehead lingering his lips there for a moment making her feel content.

         'You know annie, i'm feeling like i'm becoming your weakness which i don't want to. I want to become your strength baby but.........'

        'No shiv.....you are my biggest strength. It's just that i want you with me always. Even a single thought of going away from you makes me shiver in fear. Please don't think like that.'

      'Hmmm! But i'm angry with you' he said, his tone suddenly became stern.

         'Why shiv? Did i do something wrong? Did i hurt you?' She asked worriedly.

         'Yes! You have hurt me annika.'

       'What i did? Tell me na. I promise i won't hurt you ever again but please don't get angry' her eyes full of tears.

          'Why you didn't tell me all this?' He asked coldly while she looked down.

        'I was scared' she replied meekly.

       'You were scared because you thought i won't believe you?' He asked, his voice clearly depicting how hurt he was. She nodded.

        'Godddd! Annika how could you even think like that? Don't you know your shiv? Didn't you have trust on our love?

         She again started crying listening to all this making him sigh.

        'Now i can't even get mad at you. Great! Just great!'

         She cried more.

       'Okay fine! Don't cry baby!' He said lovingly cupping her face and she again hugged him.

         'I'm sorry shiv' she said crying.

        'It's okay. But don't do this again'

      She sniffed. He imitated her making her chuckle.

         'But you are not my khidkitod annika', he said while she looked at him being confused.

       'What? Don't look at me like this. The way that bastard was behaving with you, my khidkitod annie would have killed him but you were just standing like a statue listening to his nonsense.'

        She smiled sadly and said placing her hands on his chest, 'Your annika is khidkitod only when you are with me else i'm not.'

       He didn't say anything but hugged her. He knew that she loved him like anything but didn't know that she was this much dependent on him. He promised himself to be with her always.

        'Okay fine! Now no rona dhona. We even forgot our anniversary in all this chaos.'

       She smiled kissing his cheek.

      'Happy anniversary to the world's bestest husband.'

       'Happy anniversary wifey', he replied kissing her.

        'Now let's do something productive' he whispered in her ear making her blush. Trust this man to turn into a cheapda in a blink.

      Getting green signal from her, he proceeded further. He picked her up and took her to their room. He placed her on the bed delicately as if she was a glass doll.

        Soon they were involved in their love where no one else exist. He loved her in a way as if he was trying to extract all his share of love from her. They explored each other, devoured each other with full love, passion, desire and most importantly trust............
