Shivaay and I looked finally last time before giving this news to our parents he took a deep breath after I give him a slight nod after our small eye conversation.

"Ok, so.......... We are pregnant." Shivaay said

"Pregnant???" Dad asked

"Oh god Shivaay" Mrs. Oberoi says

I look over at Daddy

"Pregnant" Dad says once more before...............

"Pregnant" Dad says once more before glaring Shivaay and saying "you better plan on taking some responsibility. You are not even dating, and you get my daughter knocked up."

"Daddy please" I try to soothe him

"You are not dating" Mr. Oberoi asked

"No dad we are not." Shivaay tells him

"Oh my god Shivaay" Mrs. Oberoi says again

"Would you all please just listen?" Shivaay says irritatingly

"Listen, Shivaay, you are not even dating this girl and you got her pregnant" Mr. Oberoi says

"Will this went well?" Shivaay says looking at me

"We r also moving in together" I yell out to be heard over the three of them

"What" daddy asked looking at me

"You are joking, right" Mrs. Oberoi says

"Shivaay and I both want to raise our child together so we thought it would be best if we move in together." I explain to them

"That's crazy." Mr. Oberoi says

"Well I don't want to live in a separate home from where my child lives and neither does Shivaay. So this is the only solution we could come up with."

"And we have decided to get a house together that way it will be ours." Shivaay tells them

"And, are you both planning on getting married? Daddy asked with a straight face

"No for now we will have our own bedrooms we will just be in the same house." Shivaay explains

"How long have you two known with this matter?" Mr. Oberoi asked

"We just found out today." Shivaay told them the truth

"I think we should go home Ani" Dad's face says he is hurt and even upset and his eyes reflect pain and anger both

"But dad......" I start

"No but's, let's go." He sternly declared standing up from his seat. He starts to move out, but I see as he waits for me at the door.

"You alright." Shivaay asked

"I will be ok; we will go home and talk more that's all. It will be fine." I console him as well as myself I don't know what's coming next.....

"You sure na, you don't want me to accompany you." Shivaay asked concerned filled voice

"Don't worry Shivaay I know my dad he is a cool dad, yes he is hurt because of my carelessness but still he loves me too much to hate. So ya, he maybe angry and the biggest reason is he is hurt but we will be ok, so you relax and check on your parents decision. Good night and bye Shivaay have a sae journey." I assured him

"Ok then. I will see you tomorrow in school then. You too take care and reach safely. Let me know if you need any help. Bye and good night then." I nod, Shivaay comes to kiss me but thinks better of it, licking his lips.

"I will see you tomorrow sweet cakes." He tells me

I can't help but smile, getting up I turn to the table.

"Mr. and Mrs. Oberoi maybe next time we meet it won't be awkward."

They didn't say a word which kind of frightens me in a way. I leave and move to my dad, and left the place.

When we get home I head up to my room.

"Not yet." Daddy speaks

I look back at him

"I don't want you moving in with this guy Annie."

"He is the father of my child. I can't keep him away from the baby."

"That's fine, but I don't want you near him." Dad repeated it with anger in his voice still evident

I let out a heavy breath.

"Dad"

"No, you are not changing my mind, this time Annika" he said just like a stubborn kid and turned his face refusing to look in my eyes, I smiled a bit at his way. I step down from the 2 stairs I climbed and went upto him put my hand on his shoulder and turn him towards me, his hands folded on his chest

"No Annie, he has used you and got you pregnant and now he wants you to move in with him. In not any circumstance I will allow this no."

"He is not going to hurt me, daddy." I spoke finally holding his hands in mine

He shakes his head "you are just like your mother." Saying this he hugs me tight

"No, I am nothing like her. Mother was naïve she let her guards down. I learned from my mistakes, and it doesn't take me twice to get it right."

"You slept with him twice."

"And it wasn't a mistake." With this I turn running up the stairs

I didn't sleep that good, waking up from the nightmares I was having. So when the sun came up I got up and started getting ready for the school. I have just pulled my shirt on when the knock comes.

"Annika" daddy says from behind the door

I don't know if I am ready to talk to him just yet.

"Annie baby, can we talk" he asks

I open the door

"I am sorry dad for what I said about mumma last night, but I am not fighting anymore." I tell him with my head hung down and tears rolling out

"I don't want to fight' I just want you to be safe." Dad said turning me towards him and wiping my tears

"I trust Shivaay, Daddy." I said hugging him

What he said next widened my eyes and it got cleared to me why he didn't want me to be with Shivaay but I need to make him understand that not everyone is same........
