Teacher: An Alpha and Omega are destined to be together, but Alpha and Betas may be together as well.

Max: *raises his hand*

Teacher: Yes? You have questions?

Max: What about an Alpha and Alpha? Or an Omega and Omega?

Teacher: *tsks and shakes their head* Sadly, biology doesn't work that way. Omega's simply cannot be with other Omega's regardless of gender. Their parts don't mix. The same goes with Alpha's. An Alpha woman cannot get pregnant by an Alpha Male. They don't have the parts for it.

Max: Well that sucks.

Jerry: *huffs* That's stupid!

Faz: *frowns* That's so sad!

John: Wow.

Jamey: *leans against his palm* It's nature.

Teacher: Exactly. It's simply Nature. Maybe in the future, they can. But Alpha's and Omega's can't be with their equal.

Jamey: I heard the rule is changing. Biology is changing.

Teacher: We can't hope for the future. If we do, we can be met with disappointment.

John: Wait! *looks at them* Does that mean Betas and Betas can be together?

Teacher: Of course! Beta's are the only exception. They have mild scents, they don't get heats and are prone to each other. The reason Alpha's and Omega's can't be together is that, Omega's have heats and Omega's are made by Nature to take Knots. Knots only Alpha's have. An Omega can help with heats, but only an Alpha can truly make them go away. To be bearable I should say.

Jerry: *raises an eyebrow*

Teacher: *stutters over their words* I-I'm not calling Omega's toys! Oh dear, I think I'm wording it wrong...

Tyler: *smiles softly* We get what you mean, teach!

Felix: *blows a raspberry* No we don't!

Teacher: *laughs a bit nervously* Anyways- Alpha's are the dominant species. Their prone to ruts and can only calm down once mating an Omega. Alpha's can't be with other Alpha's due to their ruts. Usually Alpha's find each other revolting. Their scents are unappealing towards one another. But in any chance they do try to mate, their bodies wouldn't handle each other and would destroy themselves.

Jamey: Mutters: I knew that.

John: *shudders* S-seriously?

Jerry: I think people can change.

Jamey: It's not about people changing! It's about biology.

Faz: *smiles* Then biology can change!

Jamey: Maybe.

Teacher: That's all we can do. Hope for a maybe. But never hope for a change.

Tyler: That's sad.

Felix: That's depressing. *checks his watch* Is class over yet?

Shadow: *sitting sadly in the corner of his room*

Michael Jr: *knocks on his door and says in a playful teasing voice* Knock, Knock! How's our baby, Alpha doing?~

Shadow: *murmurs something*

Michael Jr: *tilts his head at him before heading over* What's wrong?

Shadow: *looks up at him*

Michael Jr: *kneels down and moves his hair out of his face* What's going on? You okay?

Shadow: *tears up and shakes his head* I-I wanted to be with Koda!! B-but-

Michael Jr: *looks at him sadly* But You presented as an Alpha and he presented as an Alpha. Didn't he?

Shadow: *nods sadly*

Michael Jr: It's alright. You never know-

Shadow: *pushes him off* NO! You don't get it!! You know who else presented?! Allie and Amelio!!

Michael Jr: *hugs him in retaliation* What's wrong with that?

Shadow: *squirms in his grip* Allie presented as an Omega! Koda has a huge crush on him! Everyone knows! Literally everyone!!! *hiccups and starts crying in his chest*

Michael Jr: *starts petting him* There, there.

Allie: *hovering around Amelio* So uh.. how are you handling your presentation?

Amelio: *scratches his hair* Well. I'm still stoked I presented as an Alpha! My mom says my big sister helped me since she's an Alpha too. *oblivious to his scent filling the room*

Allie: *smiles, blushing a bit* C-cool! Your uh.. your scent is um..

Amelio: Huh? *sniffs the room before stopping himself* Ah! I-I'm so sorry Allie!

Allie: I- That's okay! *laughs a bit nervously* I-I like it!

Amelio: *sniffs the room again* I think it's gone now. It just smells like sweet condensed milk. *sniffs again* Smells nice.

Allie: *blushes, happily* You like my scent?!

I can't remember if you made Koda a Beta or an Alpha. I assume Alpha

But the story goes on! Especially with Shadow and Amelio falling in love!
