Spring Break

Jessica was in a car with all of her friends. They all were headed to the beach for a five day trip. They all were taking an odd route though. It was going around taking backroads and going through a desert. The drive was from her home state, New Mexico, to California. They were all going because it was spring break and they had nothing better to do. Many of them would have rather gone to Canada, because they hated the heat, but then out of the others they would rather go to somewhere warm, and where there's a better beach than what New Mexico has to offer. Jessica was one of the people who wanted to go to the beach, but she had many reasons. Once when Jessica was going to Mississippi, They went to a lake and she didn't really like it. The only bright-side there was to that trip was that Jessica got a boys number. His name was Chase. They talked and talked and they were really hitting it off. Until three days prior to this trip Jessica and her friends are taking to California. Jessica is still in a bad mood from Chase stopping talking to her. Jessica has always been complaining to her friends about it, until one day she went to the library and read sappy romance books. This made Jessica feel better.

A large part of the reason Jessica was going on this trip was to try and get over Chase, which she believes is going to be hard because they were so close, but hopefully she will find someone to replace him. Jessica's friends, Kate, Allie, and Max, were joining Jessica on this wonderful journey to California. Everyone loves Jessica and her feelings, which is why they all were supporting her.

Soon they are on their way to California, with taking the backroads as they had planned to for avoiding traffic. Kate and Allie were excited for the shopping malls, while Max had no idea on what they were really excited for. Except everything goes wrong when they realize their car ran out of gas in front of an old motel. Everyone is scared then and have no idea what to do. Max and Kate agree that Jessica should go in and see if there's anyone who can help, because she is the most daring than the others. Allie was saying how it was best if we stayed here until someone drove by. It was brought to a decision that the next day, Jessica would be the one who went inside to see for help. Allie offered to go inside with Jessica, as it was best if she didn't go alone, Jessica didn't like the idea, but Matt and Kate said it'd be better.

The next day arrives and by dawn Jessica is awake and ready to go in, except Allie isn't awake and she doesn't want to wake her. Jessica has almost pieced together that if there was really someone in there, shouldn't they have left sometime last night? Jessica brushes off the thought, because there wasn't much that could go wrong. Jessica felt Allie move beside her and soon she was awake. Allie got ready and they exited the car for their mini adventure. Jessica and Allie weren't very pleased to go in the old motel alone, but they would be helping out their friends if there really was someone in there, at least willing to help.

Jessica and Allie enter the room, to see it's extremely dirty. This bothered Allie immediately, it was evident on her face, but Jessica, wasn't fazed by it at all. They soon realize there is no one in here, from what they saw anyway. They had no idea that they would soon be hunted down by a man dressed as a bunny.
57 Years Later

"When did this all take place?" Two asked.
"2015" I answered
"Wow that was a long time ago," One said.
"Any other questions? No? That is why you don't go into the desert with a car on bad gas mileage, kids" I said as I shut the heavy books. One, Two, and Three all nodded.
