It was Halloween night and two little girl were getting their costumes on. These little girls were Maxine and Bailey Dangré. Bailey dressed up as a princess and Max dressed up as a demon and every year, one of them has to stay home and help their mom hand out candy while their dad took the other one trick-or-treating. This time, it was Max's turn to stay home.

"I don't want to! I wanna trick or treat with daddy! Make Bailey stay home!" She whined and her mom, Kandy(yes... Her name is like candy... Deal with it), shook her head.
"Bailey stayed home last year, ok? If you aren't going to help, go to your room and don't come out til your sister and dad get back." She said. Max growled and stomped to the room she was forced to share her twin with and sat down on her bed.

She looked around, trying to find something to occupy herself with while she waited. All she found was a bright pink rubber spider and one of Bailey's broken bows(bow and arrow type of bow). She smirked and tied the spider to the string and painted the spider to look like a black widow spider. She let it dry and wait for her sibling to get home.

After Bailey came home, Kandy called Max down while Bailey sorted the candy so Max got half. Max came down, hiding the spider and bow behind her back and smiled sweetly
"Back so soon?" She looked at Bailey and she nodded
"Yeah! I got you some too so you can eat candy too!" Bailey giggled and smiled. Max hugged Bailey before pretending to walk to the room behind Bailey while Bailey was eating candy.

She slowly lowered the spider in frown of Bailey's face and Bailey looked at the rubber spider and jumped slightly before smiling
"Hello mister spider! You scared me for a second." She giggled and Max frowned, her eye twitching. She hit Bailey in the head with the bow and walked away, leaving Bailey passed out in the floor
