I can find the answer,
And I'm ready to fight on the theorem.
But it situations that call me to reconsider,
I'll accept your words with interests keen.

I can argue to get my opinions and ideas accepted,
And I am good at assertively debating.
But in circumstances that call me to rethink the theme,
I'll be ready to listen.

I can face the entire world and tell them why I am right,
I can stand on the podium to prove my certitudes.
But in conditions that call me to look at the subject in a different light,
I'll be sure to scrutinize your views.

I may choose today to be passive or assertive,
For either works perfectly for me in its way.
But never will I dare to be indifferent and aggressive,
For that will only destroy the mission for the day.

The plan is to get to an agreeable conclusion,
And test it out to see what may be the longed result.
Not to argue non-stop without a purpose or decision,
And at the end, nothing to show as an accepted point.

Look as I teach you all there is I could offer,
And learn from my words and actions a lesson or two.
That although argument may be useful at certain affairs,
Most times, sitting, listening and agreeing will be helpful too.

I learn to consider the words of the world,
For all opinions and ideas are always carefully brought up.
And even if the plans may not go the way they should work,
Knowing that there's another strategy is a start to the top.

Side Extras:
"The words of the masses is as important as that of the leaders,
For what will be the job of the leaders if there were no masses?"
