"Strangulation."

Once upon a time,

in a land far away, there was a young girl.
A young, naive girl.

She believed in his words, his sentences, in what she remembered him being,

she thought what she felt was true.

She had thought that the distance that wouldn't matter

then he revealed his true colours.

Now all that's left is the hot water dripping onto the cold screen,

the feeling of betrayal:asphyxiation.

My finger is on the screen now, there's only one thing left to do.

And that is to remove you from my life,

And be able to release your grip from my throat.

Release your nails from what you wanted:
Me.

Not that it really me you wanted,

it was something else that you will never get now.

Because I have cut all ties,

and I never want to see you again.

You hurt me,

and now I want to hurt you too.

Yeah... I tried. This is apparently what we're going on Writer's Craft now 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. This was heavily inspired by events that had happened to me.
