hey guys, it's the author here. sorry if i got anyone's hopes up for updating, but i'm not gonna be continuing silence is gold.

i started this story when i was in eight grade, a few months after i first read the outsiders. i'm gonna be 17 next month and i've grown out of the fandom. i also went through a lot of chaos and anxiety while being in this fandom, so it was for the best.

thanks to everyone for commenting and voting on this book. although this book is super cringey to me now, the support still does mean a lot and 13 year old me would be really happy to see all this.

once again i'm sorry i won't be continuing this story. i did give up on it back when i was writing it and by that time i'd stopped liking the outsiders. so yea, i'm sorry. i hope y'all enjoyed it though. stay safe <3
