Ken ran. He ran and ran. He didn't stop. He didn't look back to the soldier who had saved Ken's life ever since this war began. He didn't want to see the soldier's final breaths move into motion.

Thoughts and important memories rushed through Ken's mind, as he was unable to keep moving. He heard the voice of the soldier in the background. But he couldn't tell what the soldier was saying.

Ken finally got up and carefully listened to the soldier.

"Stop standing there, kid! Save yourself!"

Ken couldn't think. He ran towards each corner. Everywhere he tried to run was blocked by guards of the Diamond King.

"What should I do?"

Ken asked, knowing that he only had seconds to run. The soldier dares to get up, jumping on Ken and covering his body.

"Go on your own, young soldier. Do this for me."

His last words burned to the ground, making Ken want to get up. An explosion came in with yelling and screaming from the Diamond King and his assistant.

"Kill them! KILL THEM!!!"

The Diamond King repeated, pushing his soldiers out of the way.

"Now I got you. And there's nowhere to run, so might as well stop struggling, right?"

Ken rolled his eyes, but hid his emotions well enough so that no one could see them.

"Why are you doing this to me? What have I done?"

Ken whispered.

"You know what you've done but I cannot get you to admit it."

The diamond king replied.

"I won't admit it because I don't have power. I don't have the faith to sacrifice. But I have my strength, and now that's all I need."

"So now you're going?"

"I was born to be going!"

"Walk."

Ken wanted to turn back. He couldn't force himself to do it. He wore a dark prison gown and his hands were chained up. He stared to the ground, wondering what happened. And how it happened.

Everyone pushed Ken to make him start moving again. Struggling, Ken fell to the ground. Everyone rushed by him, not helping him a bit.

"Get up."

A guard shouted, pulling on Ken's arm. He was nice, but firm. Ken didn't have the energy to explain it, and he didn't want to. After all, everything of what happened yesterday was a disaster. What happened to the soldier who saved Ken, Ken didn't know. Besides, he didn't want to know. In this case, everything was worse than it was before.

Everyone kept pushing forward, making Ken almost fall to the ground again.

"Darn it! Everyone, stop pushing. It doesn't matter if the person in front of you, or behind you is going slow, just cooperate."

The guard yelled, making everyone stop shoving all at once. They continued to walk forward. Since it was easier on Ken, he decided to speed up. Everyone must be afraid of the guards here. Ken thought, embracing his ideas.

One by one, each prisoner entered a dark cell with one strip of light hanging from the ceiling.

"Sit,"

The guard said, pointing to a bench inside Ken's new home.

"Uh-what is this place?"

Ken asked. The guard held up a finger and continued to shove prisoner by prisoner into the rooms.

"Don't ask questions because we don't want want to hear them."

The guard replied. Ken sat down, once again, defeated.
