So lately, the number of readers (specifically South asians or desis) have increased but we all have felt the lack of quality books majoring brown characters and south asian representation. The problem centres around stories with Indian background mostly.

With majority of books revolving around the concept of arrange marriage, Most desi fictions with new content do not reach the audience.

My inspiration behind this book would be a couple of authors, but the plot and content is solely mine. No characters or any sort of storyline is being stolen. If there are any similarities found, it's purely coincidence.
