I was standing on the beach looking over the waters. Many children ran to me asking for my autograph which I signed and then went back to my thoughts. The people around me started to stare but I didn't really care. I mean why should I.

(Gladion's point of view)

I saw (y/n) on the beach so I decided to go and see her. I walked up behind her really quiet like and wrapped my arms around her. I heard her squeak in surprise but then relax to see that it was me. She leaned her head on my chest and looked up at me.

I said "What are ya doing down here?"

She replied "Just thinking a bit."

I turned her around and asked "What's wrong?"

She replied "My dad and my older siblings are coming here..."

I asked "What's so bad about that?"

She said "We just don't get along very well. I always have been looked down on by my dad for not living to his ecxpectations. My siblings were always so much better than me at everything. But my dad didn't approve of Pokémon so that's why I moved out here."

I said "His loss, your an amazing girl and everyone here in Alola thinks so to."

She replied "You always did know how to lift up my spirits didn't you?"

I heard a screech and a yell "Yo Sis!"

(Y/n)'s face went frightened to horrified in a matter of seconds.

She walked over to the car that made the loud screech. A man and two teenagers came out. One boy and one girl.

The man slapped (y/n) before even saying a word to her. I walked over and put my arm around her waist and pulled her close protectively.

The girl said "Who are you?"

I said "I'm her boyfriend, I'm guessing your her sister?"

The girl replied "I'll wipe that little smirk of your face you little a**."
