The world can hurt you,
It will beat you down till,
Your legs are weak,
You bleed,
And you just can't hold the weight anymore.

But nothing can truly hurt you the
way you can hurt yourself.
You can break yourself until
Your skin is sandpaper,
Your words are knifes,
And your mind is a minefield.
