The day following Madison's eviction, Gobias, Hank, and Xander are informed the first part of the final Head of Household competition would play out tomorrow. However, first, the final three must watch a video documenting their time in the house.

After the video, the final three discuss all twelve evicted houseguests, starting with Monika. Gobias apologizes to Hank, but he wishes Jared could've gone home. Hank tells Gobias there are no hard feelings coming from him, while Xander didn't have any opinion on her eviction, even though he sided with Jared in the first week.

Next is Blair. Hank thought Blair was brutally taken out of the game, and Xander was also upset at her eviction because he had a close bond with her. Gobias holds ill will towards Blair, because she nullified his former ally Cornelia's vote at her own eviction and, Gobias tries not to giggle when he tells Hank and Xander that.

After Blair is Leighton. Gobias thought it was cute that he had a three-year-old son, while Hank says, looking back on it, he wishes Leighton didn't get taken out of the game early, but it had to be done because he came off too strong. Xander remarks that Leighton needs a second chance to prove himself.

Jamie is the next evicted houseguest. Hank immediately claims that he was upset with her eviction but she got into an obvious showmance with Christopher. Gobias points out that Jamie was evicted under his Head of Household reign and that was because Jamie was perceived to have a bigger grudge against the Superiors at that time than Agnes so therefore she was eliminated instead. Xander again wishes that she didn't go so soon.

Following Jamie is Jared. Hank didn't like how his eviction was obvious, as Jared was Hank's closest friend in the house for the first five weeks, but now Xander is his go-to-guy. Xander was loyal to Jared and annoyed with his eviction, but he had to send him home instead of Christopher because he made a pact with Christopher to keep both of them in the game. Gobias tells Hank and Xander that he was the pre-jury villain of the season.

The last houseguest evicted pre-jury is Molly. Gobias admits that he developed a close relationship with Molly in the first few weeks of the game, but that immediately changed as Molly had her mental breakdown, which had saved Cornelia from eviction. Hank tells Gobias he ultimately did not care who was evicted; as long it was someone from the Superior alliance, he was satisfied. Xander agrees with Hank and says that he was entirely committed to the Beast Five alliance.

Next are the jurors. The first juror is Cornelia, and Gobias discusses with Hank and Xander how hard it is to be up against someone that Gobias is in the same alliance with. However, the final three all know that it was Cornelia's time to leave, and Gobias thinks that Beau and Madison must have gave her two sympathy votes and voted against Gobias.

Next is Christopher. Hank completely blames Agnes and Thornton for evicting Christopher, but thanks Gobias for sparing him. Xander was upset and frustrated at the double eviction result, and he remarks that he is scared that Agnes and Thornton are both jurors and can control the vote. Gobias states that the only reason Christopher didn't leave in week four is because Jamie was much more threatening to Gobias' own game.

After Christopher is Agnes. Hank exclaims that Agnes is the most backstabbing, terrible and bitter person alive, because of the horrifying double eviction result that affected Hank and her constant betrayals, Xander dislikes Agnes as a person and Gobias says that she was always a wildcard to the Superior alliance. Xander states that there are too many vile things in the game Agnes has took part in and she had a very detailed story arc that he might as well write a book about her time in the game or shoot a documentary. Hank agrees that the final three cannot talk about Agnes any longer.

Following Agnes is Beau. Gobias felt bad that he was nominated against him, but he already had Madison's vote to stay and also thanks Xander for flipping his vote. Hank reveals his opinion on Beau, honestly, and says that he didn't contribute much to the game, but he was a funny, over-the-top presence. Xander felt glad to be voting him out, and feels that week nine was a fuzzy memory because of Beau's eviction.

Up next is Thornton. Gobias felt genuinely bad that he was evicting him, even though he was aligned with Agnes, and the two were a tight pair. He was never a villain in Gobias' eyes, and simply just a strong player. Hank respects him for winning all three Volleyball Comps, proving that he was a physical threat. Xander says that Thornton also had a long history in the game, but definitely not a complete villainous journey that he endured.

Finally, it is Madison's turn. Gobias tells Hank and Xander that he had to evict Madison, simply because all of the final three knew she was a likeable player, sweet, a social threat, and had a great underdog story. Hank said in the first week, nobody, not even Madison herself, expected her to be the last woman standing in the game. Xander wonders if Madison held a grudge against Gobias because her closest friend in the house betrayed her. Gobias hopes and thinks that she will respect his game play if he makes it to the final two.

After finally finishing their discussion over the evicted houseguests, Gobias, Hank, and Xander have a toast before heading off to bed, to rest up for the Final Head of Household competition.

The next day, Gobias, Hank, and Xander all compete in the first portion of the final Head of Household competition, which is an endurance competition. After an hour and a half, Hank falls off, calling himself stupid for doing so and not implementing a strategy. Thirty-five or so minutes later, Gobias cannot take the pressure and slips off, making Xander advance to the final part of the competition.

Both Gobias and Hank congratulate Xander on his victory, and both men secretly plot to steal the title of the final Head of Household. Xander and Hank celebrate, with Xander urging Hank to attempt to win the second part, but Hank is pressured to do well in this competition and maybe cannot take the heat. Gobias recognizes that Xander has received no votes to evict the entire season, and plans to use that information to his advantage.

Gobias and Hank both compete in the puzzle-based second part of the Final HOH competition. Gobias and Hank both do fairly well, but since Gobias is more of a mental player, it is Gobias that joins Xander in playing in the final part of the competition. Hank is almost completely dejected, knowing if Gobias wins the last part of the final Head of Household, he will evict one of him or Xander. Hank tells Xander to completely focus in the final part.

In the final part of the HOH competition, Gobias and Xander face off in a quiz-based challenge live featuring the six current members of the jury. Both are struggling to receive points based on correct answers, but Gobias eventually pulls ahead and becomes the final Head of Household of the summer. Hank and Xander are scared, and both realize they need to make an effort to campaign to Gobias.

Inside the house, Hank and Xander make their final pleas to stay in the game. Hank tells Gobias that Xander has never received an eviction vote, while Xander admits that he is a goat, and a person to beat in the end. Gobias makes the speech:

"Hank, you are a strong player all around, who hid behind Jared, a big threat, at first, but later came into your own once he left the house, and you won just one Head of Household competition. Xander, you did stay under the radar for most of the game, and this strategy earned you no votes to evict. Nobody saw you as a threat, and I can say that I can agree with those people, so I'm sorry, but I vote to evict Hank."

Hank nods, ready to become a juror. He hugs both finalists, wishes both finalists the best of luck with the jury discussion, and leaves as the final houseguest evicted from the game and the seventh member of the jury.

Julie Chen gives Gobias and Xander a chance to calm down and prepare to plead their cases to the jury. Cornelia, Christopher, Agnes, Beau, Thornton, Madison, and later, Hank all sit down on their provided chairs and start the jury questioning.

Most of the jury agrees that Gobias voting to evict Madison was his defining move of the summer, as well as his idea to form the Superiors alliance to go against the Alpha Five at the start of week two. He is also mentioned for going against Agnes and Thornton by rallying Madison and Beau to evict Christopher instead of Hank, and Madison reveals that was Gobias' idea. Cornelia and Madison also pride Gobias' numerous Head of Household wins, particularly Madison.

However, Xander receives major support from Christopher and Hank, with Hank priding Xander on his ability to have fooled everyone into thinking he was no threat, and his zero eviction votes and three competition wins. Agnes points out that Xander had an impressive under-the-radar strategy, and implemented a technique to advance him far into the game. Christopher bonded with Xander and agreed that Xander had a stellar social game.

Two strong cases are made to win; how Gobias outlasted his entire Superior alliance and played an almost flawless strategic game despite being targeted, and how Xander maneuvered his excellent social strategy, under-the-radar style, and physical prowess throughout the game to advance him to the final three. Though, Beau and Thornton are still undecided – Beau because he doesn't know whose game is stronger despite have been in the same alliance as Gobias, and Thornton for almost the same reason, except Thornton never really was in the Superior alliance. Beau asks Xander why he flipped his vote and evicted Beau, and Xander revealed that he only voted to evict Beau because Thornton was targeting Gobias during his Head of Household, and Xander wanted to go against Thornton's wishes, and to not fall into his trap. Beau nods, while Thornton asks if Gobias made any strategic moves during the first week of the game. Gobias replies that he attempted to get close to Molly, since they were both among the older houseguests of the season, and he formed an "Old People" alliance with her and Beau to protect themselves the first week, which merged with Cornelia, Leighton, and Madison to become the Superior Six. Thornton thanks Gobias for his answer, as the seven jurors begin to vote for the winner.

After the ballots have been cast, Julie Chen reads the votes out loud to the finalists.
