On the first episode, Spyro returns to the academy, now a mole working for Strykore and Strykore saw Flare and Mist and remembers them as the two descendants of the Demonica Family.

On The Truth Is in There, Dark Spyro found Mist's diary in the Grand Library and peeks in it after installing a hypnosis into Eon's phone and finds out that she used to have a crush on him before they were told the truth, but she wrote that she started having feelings for Eruptor. Dark Spyro was starting to feel jealous.

On A Traitor Among Us, Flare and Eruptor argues about Kaossandra being a mole for Strykore or not, so he goes with him to prove that Kaossandra is not a mole and the three of them end up getting kidnapped. He would consider that Eruptor would be good for Mist.

On Weekend at Eon's, Flare and Dark Spyro took turns controlling an unconscious Master Eon. He would consider that Spyro would be good for Mist, but it makes it difficult for him to choose between two males

On Road Rage, Mist tags along with Stealth Elf and Kaossandra on a girls only road trip for Mother's Day

On Off to the Races, Mist and Stealth Elf found out that Spyro was working for Strykore and confronts him, but they get encountered by Mist's unknown aunt named Marnie

On Raiders of the Lost Arkus Parts 1 and 2, Marnie helped Kaos when Strykore locked him in a vault underwater and the two teamed up to get to Arkus to find the Iron Fist before Strykore. Marnie is then revealed to be the old friend of Kaossandra, Master Eon, and Strykore. Back when the four were friends, Marnie and Strykore both became power hungry, but Strykore betrays her by sealing her in a vile with Master Eon and Kaossandra. Strykore's reason to betray Marnie was that she was 'dead weight' to him. There will be a show-down between the Skylanders, Marnie, Kaos, and the soul of Perla which Marnie used against the Skylanders. After Master Eon and Kaossandra sealed Strykore back into his void prison, Eon reveals to Kaos that he was Kaos' real father. Marnie wasn't gonna let that slow her down, so she used her powers to force Kaos to fall down onto the Core of Light. Master Eon used all of his power to prevent that, but it resulted in him disappearing, but it altered Marnie's powers. That surge of power has blocked Marnie from using her dark magic, making her completely vulnerable, which the Skylanders used to snatch her soul necklace and breaks it, freeing the souls Marnie has stole, including Mist's soul, as the souls fly out of view to go back to their previous lives. After Kaossandra became the new headmaster of Skylander Academy, they all see Mist, fully awake, Blaze and Aqua by her side, waiting for them by the dock of the academy.

At the ending of Raiders of the Lost Arkus Part 2, Mist and Flare decided to leave Skylander Academy to rebuild their lost home and to make it like the one they remembered
