If you keep thinking 'How Bad Day You Had', 'Who told you what', 'Who was mean to you' or 'How many of your plans for that day failed' if your day wasn't the Best Day Ever - before falling asleep - It makes falling asleep more difficult & lowers the quality of your Sleep. Because your body get tense & your mind get stressed - & you need to be calm & relaxed to sleep well & have a good night rest. 



So: Leave your daily problems behind before falling asleep - & Calm down!  ^_^ 🌛
