here are the most common types of characters. they aren't best to use because personalities are much more complex but if you have a applyfic where there are those cliche characters bc of fun or they develop and show/discover new sides of themselves or apllyeres need to add to their personality they're good. if not maybe try combining two and get a more unique character although this is actually usable as it is.
this are the most basic ones based basically on one personality trait or like.
