Meet Bob:

Bob is the worst kind of hero, as in, he's not actually the hero, but instead the hero's best friend. He's simply a regular guy trying to make it through the day... he also just happens to be a vampire. And a complete screw-up. Bob was turned into a vampire by accident and abandoned to figure things out on his own. He is crass, sarcastic but earnest and gives in to his base desires rather than fight them, especially when it comes to addictive substances. Bob is our unreliable narrator and occasionally breaks the fourth wall to talk to us. He knows he's not the hero and uses it as a crutch to excuse his worse behaviors. He's completely unprepared to be a vampire and fights to stay as human as possible. His actions take him on a journey where he must accept that he's not as human as he used to be and that he can choose not to be a monster... just with a lot of explosions.
