Meme's POV

Meme woke up to his back hitting a wall. His eyes shot open as he felt the rope around his wrists. He looked around to see his surroundings, nothing much. He was in a large metal box, with a small window with prison bars in the back. He looked and saw an awake Tbh sitting in the corner, looking traumatized and angry at the same time. "Tbh. You alright?" Meme asked. Tbh's head whipped to Meme's with a surprised expression, but his face soon calmed down. "I... I honestly don't know." Tbh admitted, which Meme had to agree on. He noticed that Tbh's claws were bound by a small brown bag to keep him from trying to cut off the rope. Meme heard a soft sniffle, then he heard Tbh start to cry. "Hey hey hey, don't worry, Tbh." Meme comforted, leaning closer to Tbh. "I-it's not that. Why did Medz have to betray us? He was my best friend." He said, his voice cracking as more tears fell down his face. Meme wanted to hug him, but because of the rope, he couldn't. "Well, Medz is a fucking idiot. We don't need him anymore." Meme snapped, which made Tbh cry a bit more. "It's just that I don't want to think that. Medz is kind. Why would he do this?" He said through tears. Meme thought for a long moment, before thinking of something. "Hey, maybe Laff was threatening his life, or controlled him or something." Meme comforted, trying to smile. Tbh looked up, and the tears in his eyes stopped forming. "Thanks for the reassurance," Tbh thanked.

"It's just that I don't know what to do."

Nadwe's POV

Nadwe was sitting in the basement of the cabin as a bat, trying to comfort himself. He remembered Medz telling him to hide when the robots broke in so that's what he did. Now he was in the corner of the basement, wrapping his wings around himself as comfort as tears started to form in his eyes. He softly sobbed to himself, thinking about the promise. 'Can you promise to show me this again?' 'I promise.' He echoed in his mind. What happened to Medz? What happened to everyone? More and more thoughts came to his head as he couldn't catch up with them. Nadwe started to sob, quietly but the only thing he could hear. He couldn't keep up with his breathing and soon enough he was having a mental breakdown. He started to get mad and started to screech as a bat, which would probably sound annoying but it was the only way to relieve anger as of now. After a few minutes of having a mental breakdown, he started to calm down after losing his voice. He sniffled and wiped his tears with his wings. He turned back into a kid, his chin lying on his knees. Should he turn into a bat and fly there? No, it would take too long. Betsy, maybe? No, he didn't even know where she was. He just buried his head in his knees.
He didn't know what to do.

Medz's POV

Medz saw as the metal boxes drove away. One of the robots paused, and then its eyes turned blood red. It then started to laugh, with a familiar voice. "Hahahaha. Wow, Medz. Never knew you were hidin' with my ex-friends." He heard the sound of Laff say in the robot. Medz was still shaken after the robots took his only friends. It felt like he was in another dimension as everything started to muffle around him. He felt the weight of guilt on his shoulders as he was reminded over and over again of Tbh's poor face of realization. He should have never done this. Instead, he should have acted like a normal person and talked about it to Tbh, then they would know what to do. But now, he was being a stupid bitch and now ruined the plan of the invasion. How stupid was he?
He heard the robot next to him snap as he was brought back to reality. "Oh! Right, uhh.. yeah." Medz said, faking knowing what Laff said. The robot's blood-red eyes turned back to dark gray as it walked away. The rest of the robots were escorting everyone to the tower. He started to walk with them but rerouted to another part of the forest. He sat down on a chopped-off tree trunk, taking a long sigh. He was holding his head with his hands as his elbows rested on his legs. He needed to take a break from everything, which was probably the worst thing to do after your friends have been kidnapped because of you. He heard the sound of hooves stomping on the grass. He saw as his black and white horse walked towards him. He remembered when he saw Betsy for the first time, pale and starving, but now here she was comforting a grown man. She pressed her snout to his chest in an attempt to comfort him. "Betsy I'm fine." Medz tried to reassure, nudging her away. Betsy put her snout on his legs, still knowing Medz wasn't feeling as well as he said he was. Medz was so angry with himself that he snapped at Betsy, "I SAID I'M FINE! CAN'T YOU KNOW I'M FINE?! JUST LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE AND LEAVE!!" He yelled, getting up to yell at Betsy. He saw as his horse looked sad, then galloped away. He remembered helping Betsy during hard times and being there for her. Now he pushed her away. Now all his friends left him. He couldn't keep it in anymore. He started to sob there, covering his face with his hands. He just stood there, crying like a tall child. He had no one now, he did cause it himself so why should he be sad if he caused it? Why should he feel sympathy for himself if he caused it himself? After another thirty seconds of crying, he stopped, wiping them away with his arm. He thought of a plan. Something to bring his friends back, and to redeem himself.
I know what to do.

No, I'm not bullying Medz, it's just his inner thoughts (1049 words)
