Whenever you are going through a problem, just take a deep breath and relax.Think about it thoroughly before reaching at any conclusion.

Primarily you a should verify is it important or not.
Secondly figure out its effet on you.
Then you should take a decision upon your status. ie if you are not ready to accept the challenge admit that or otherwise show your willingness.

I don't know how you gonna react to problems.
But I wana share you something.

Escape is not a solution.
During this journey of life whatever come across our path,we have to go through that.
Some time we may lose,failure's will be there.But that can't prevent  you from victory next time.

It is not easy to clear the battle one fight with himself.

First we have to clear our thought.And for  that we have to speak up.You can share it with any of your closed ones whom you can trust upon.
                       It has a soothing  effect when you share your problems with someone.It will take off the weight from your ribcage. So then you can breath properly.It also clear the sand that irritates your eyes often.

If we are not pleased with idea of sharing ,another method is

Writing
       You just have to write it down.You can write your feelings ,all those mixed emotions carried deep in your mind.You may be crying while writing all these.But when you finish it ,you will get some sort of peace.You will not be that wandering person no longer.You can see yourself through some other person's  perspective.

Spend time your own

Every one is busy with their lives.But it's doesn't mean  that you have to run away from your comforts.
Just sit sometime alone. Close your eyes for 15 seconds.Then look through the window to look at the sky.You can see so many stars smiling at you brightly, and you can feel the cool breeze fanning on you.
Thus you can feel the joy rising in your heart that calms your mind.

Don't take it as someone's advice.Just think about it.And tell me your views.

Actually this was written for a friend who is experiencing stress.But i don't get any opportunity to share it with that person.
