"What is it now? I just got back from this weird ring thing and now I have no rings!? What is that supposed to mean?" Sonic exclamed as he destroyed two fish robots. "Rings in so many places. They expect me to collect them all, but how can I do that if there's a bunch of badniks amd spikes and.... other things that could make me die!?" Sonic ran through the zone, and hit a monitor on top of a palmtree. "Oww. Why is that even there? It could have killed me! And what exactly is it? Three stars? I'll smash it anyway." Sonic smashed the monitor and was surrounded with white stars. "Is this sonething that's supposed to protect me or something? I'll find out..... by jumping in this spike pit!" Sonic landed on the spikes unharmed. "Oh, I know what this is! Invincibility! Yay!" Sonic continued to run all through the level, jumping on spikes for fun. Untill it wore off. "Wheee! Uh, where the stars go to?" Sonic finished the zone. "Great. Now they expect me to jump in that ring again. No way! That thought just made me dizzy...."
