As the cast members Tails, Shadow, Sally, and the others made there curtain call Sonic and Knuckles were looking at each other with pure bliss. Knuckles whispered to him as they got called out last, you really put on an excellent act Sonic. Sonic whispered back as he blushed, you did good yourself Knuckles you put out a magnificent performance. They bowed down and up as they held hands and walked off from the cheering audience. As the cast members began to clean everything up and began going home one by one they waved goodbye leaving Sonic and Knuckles standing next to each other and to take care of the rest. The blue haired boy blushed and looked away from the red haired boy. Knuckles began to draws him closer (as in began holding him) as Sonics heart was beating faster the two were lost in each other's eyes and blushed as they began to notice that the play they were in was fun but their feelings for each other are real. Knuckles whispered to him as they sat down, it's ok Sonic I feel that way to. He placed a hand on his cheek and kissed him. Sonic was shocked yet very happy at the same time as Knuckles kissed him Sonic kissed Knuckles back when nobody was looking. When they parted from the kiss Sonic said smiling, I love you Knuckles. Knuckles smiled back and said, I love you too Sonic. Then they exited the theater while holding hands.
