Chapter 108:

A car stopped outside a building where a lot of people were standing, some had their work and others were from different Media channels when they saw the car they came to the car and the person sitting inside it looked at them, it was Neil's car, Avni was looking at them and gets nervous as it's her first interaction with the press; Neil keeps the hand on her hand she looks at him.

Neil: don't worry, relax.

Neil calls someone.

Neil: Hello, we have reached but the media is not letting us come out from the car.

Neil heard: you ignored them and come.

Neil: I can't if I was alone I will do that and won't call you but I can't take any risk regarding Avni, send the security.

Avni looks at Neil who cuts the call he looks at her.

Neil: don't worry security is coming.

Someone knocks on Avni's window she flinched, Neil grins his teeth.

Press: ma'am, please tell us what happened between you and Mr Khurana, is it right that Raghav Khurana tried to molest you.

Lady: ma'am answers us why are you silent from days.

Man: what is his relation to you?

Avni is looking at them as she was not able to hear what they said but she had idea that what type of question they are asking. Soon the security came and takes them aside but they didn't stop asking the question. Avneil came out from the car and Media asked the questions.

Avni stopped to hear that particular comment how can someone assume that thing she understands they are performing their duty but everything has a limit. Inside the court, Neil was discussing the things with the lawyer and Avni was standing alone, the questions of the media person were echoing in her ear especially the last one and again her wounds get fresh she feels the same feeling which she has been feeling for years, she feels Raghav's bad touch on her body she was lost in her thoughts and didn't realise that she starts rubbing her arms, Neil was looking at the file and he looks at Avni to check her and he noticed that. Neil console her then he breaks the hug and cups her face.

Avni nods.

Neil wipes her tears.

Neil: then wipe them, there is no place for them in our life; Avni, I am with you, our family is with us so, don't think about others, their work is to interfere in others life.

Avni looks at him.

Neil: the battle is just started, difficulties, hurdles will come in our way but we will not get scared of that, we will face them bravely, we will fight with that and we will win.

Neil smiles.

Avni smiles.

Avni shook her head.

Avni: I only want you beside me.

Neil cups her face with one hand.

Neil and Avni sit on the bench which was near them and Avni intervene her arms into Neil's arms and keeps her head on his shoulder, Neil keeps his second hand on her hand and kiss her forehead.

The khaana and Mehta family saw that they were coming to them but to see that they stopped, they were smiling to see their love, care and support of Neil to Avni.

After some time, Avneil were called for the hearing and they saw Raghav is standing with his lawyer and policeman he smirk to see Avni who feels disgusted, Neil gives a deadly glare to Raghav but that blatant didn't care about it.

Raghav in mind: You can't fight this case baby doll, my baby is so innocent she will not resist the humiliation for long and breaks, you are fragile, you don't have any idea about court cases and their procedure, you will lose today.

All sit in the courtroom. The judge comes and all stands up in honour and sits after him, judge open the file and reads, Neil holds Avni's hand she looks at him, Neil nods she also nods yes.

Judge: Raghav Khuranna.

Raghav gets up.

Judge: Avni Neil Khanna accused Raghav Khuranna of trying to rape and molestation, right.

Avni nods.

Judge: ok, both the parties come to the witness box and proceed with the session.
