It was a time of the night and there was a strange silence, dark clouds were hovering in the sky. It was definitely a stormy night for someone.

A room had shown where Avni and Neil were sitting. The silence of Neil was killing Avni with each passing second because till now she had guessed that thing is must be big.

Avni cups Neil's face with love and affection to give him strength.

Avni: since yesterday you was facing all this alone and didn't let me know about it, why?

Neil looks at her.

Avni: because you were afraid, you don't want to spoil my special day.

Neil looks down.

Avni: Neil, how can something happened to me and baby when you are with us.

Neil looks at her.

Neil: Avni, you didn't understand I guess. Doc.

Avni: I know what you mean. Neil, cesareans are normal nowadays I was prepared for that as you all made me fatty by feeding me every time.

Avni smiles.

Neil: Avni, I am not joking.

Avni: ok fine, sorry. Neil, I am not afraid of any type of surgery until it will be risky for our baby.

Neil in mind: I know you are doing this to make me feel good as you know more than me that it is risky.

Avni holds his hand and keeps that on her womb.

Avni: and about baby's heartbeat then see it is fine it is moving. I will not lie I am afraid as it is about our baby but I know one thing that we never did wrong with anyone then nothing wrong will happen to us. And our baby is strong it will pass these two months and will come to us.

Avni looks at her womb.

Avni: right baby?

Neil smiles to see her she is more strong than his imagination he knows that she is trying to satisfy him and herself she does not want to panic as it will affect the baby who is already sick.

Neil cups her face.

Neil: I am proud of you, wifey. I was so afraid, don't know how many bad things were roaming in my mind.

Avni: because you love us a lot and we are lucky that we get you in our lives.

Neil: I am luckier.

Avni smiles.

Avni: Neil, your fear is valid as you don't know how the baby is but it is with me I feel its each and every moment that's why I know it. A father's journey is more difficult than a mother. A mother can feel the child she connected with the child but the father waits for nine months to see his baby.

Neil smiles.

Neil: you ok?

Avni nods.

Neil: please don't take the stress. It is not good for the baby and the doctor gave the medicine everything will be fine.

Avni smiles he is more afraid and worried than her and asking her to not take the stress.

Avni: you too don't take the stress if you take stress like this you will get sick then who will take care of us.

Neil smiles and cups her face again.

Neil: I will do that.

Avni smiles.

Neil: sleep now.

Neil makes her lay and kisses her forehead. Avni smiles and wished him good night and closed her eyes. Neil thinks.

After some time, Neil was sleeping he frowns with closed eyes as he heard the sobbing sound. Neil opens her eyes and saw Avni is not on the bed. Neil shocked he again hears the sob and feels someone is saying something. Neil turns to the washroom and saw the door is closed. Neil gets up without wasting a second and goes there. Neil opens the door and is shocked to see Avni who was sitting on the floor by holding her belly she was crying.

Flashback:

Avni opens her eyes and saw Neil is sleeping but was not in a deep sleep. When she heard the news she was shocked but she controlled her emotions but with each passing second, her emotions and fear was getting strong. She was feeling suffocated so she got up slowly. Neil frowns that time but he was tired, to see his frown she sits and caresses his hairs he sleeps and she goes to the washroom where her eyes filled with tears she touched her belly she wants to cry her heart out as it can only give her some peace because when there were no more tears to shed she will get peace.

Avni goes to sit in the corner and sits carefully. Avni holds her belly.

Avni: baby, please, please don't leave mamma, please be strong, please.

Avni cries.

Avni was crying she sobs. Neil knew it will happen. He comes to her and sits beside her. Avni looks at him.

Avni: Neil, our baby.

Neil was speechless when he, himself is shattered then how he gives her strength. Neil cups her face and keeps it near his chest. Avni cries. Neil kissed her head. He can only do that right now he can just try to make her feel good. They decided to stay in that position till Avni's tears can get dried.
