Bloody sat down at the table in the small cafe that he were supposed to meet Star in. An hour had passed and the inkling was still absent. Tired of waiting, Bloody took out his phone and texted Star, asking what was taking so long.

Thirty minutes later, Star replied.

"Sorry can't come, I have to play Fortnite."

"Can't you play it later?"

"I have to it's really important."

"We planned this date for two months."

"I know and I'm sorry."

Bloody shut off his phone and put it away. This was the fifth time this year that Star had skipped out on a date and at this point, Bloody knew that Star didn't mean it when she apologized for not coming to the cafe.

"I can't believe a game is more important than me..." Bloody muttered to himself while sadly looking at the blue rose he had gotten for the inkling who chose a game over the alpha.

About an hour or so had passed , and Bloody was still at the cafe. Now most people would of already left if their date wasn't going to show up. Yet the alpha just stayed seated and continued to wonder if love was worth it. If love was even a true emotion. Bloody just sat there with those thoughts in his head as he sat at the lonely table in the restaurant.

(Meanwhile )

Twenty minutes from the cafe, a green eyed cat was taking a stroll, taking in the beautiful scenery. Bloody chose a great place and day to take Star on their date. The weather was perfect and in front of the cafe was a lovely view of the mountains only blocked by a few clusters of trees.

Bishop wondered how Bloody and Star's date was going. After a few minutes of walking, his question was answered. While walking past the cafe, Bishop noticed the older twin sitting alone at a table.

Curious on the reason, Bishop decided to walk in and ask.

"Hey Bloody, where's Star?" Bishop asked

"She chose Fortnite over me.." Bloody muttered in reply, still looking at the now dead rose.

"Oh.." Bishop said in reply.

"I've been thinking..." Bloody started.

The green eyed twin looked at them with a curious expression.

"Is love even a good thing?" Bloody continued.

"What do you mean?" Bishop asked, confused by Bloody's answer.

"Well Star and I plan these dates and Everytime something comes up. It makes me wonder if any of this is even worth it. If love is a bad thing." Bloody answered.

Bishop thought for a minute, before answering his twin's question.

"Ok I may not be the best at love advice but here I go.. Love is a good emotion, but at the same time it is easy to copy. Sometimes some like to make you think it is love, when it's really not. So love isn't a bad emotion, but can be seen as so if others use it just to manipulate and control each other. " Bishop answered.

"But how will I know if the love I feel is fake or if it is true?" Bloody asked, looking at his twin.

"Trust me, when the time comes you will know. Love is the feeling you get when you know you aren't alone anymore. It's the feeling of safety and that no one can hurt you anymore. It's the feeling of butterflies in your stomach. The feeling you get when you just know you could never live without that person because, if you do, it feels as though another half of you is missing." Bishop answered Bloody's question the best he could.

The blue eye twin nodded in understanding, looking back at the dead rose.

"So what do ya say we head back home? It's getting kinda of late and the others are probably worried." Bishop suggested.

"Yeah, Secret is probably worrying a lot right now." Bloody replied with a laugh.

"We should probably expect to be lectured for being out so late." Bishop replied.

The twins headed to the pack home to do what a pack does.

The End
