Fiona is my neighbor. She turned twelve recently and her parentsheld a birthday party for her. I was one of those invited.The party began at about three in the afternoon. There were about twenty of us children gathered in Fiona's house. We were all dressed in our best clothes. Everyone, especially Fiona, wore a happy smile.We gave our presents toFiona and she happily opened them. It must really be exciting to receive all those presents.After that Fiona's motherserved us soft drinks and delicious tidbits. We then played some games like "Musical Chairs" and "Treasure Hunt". The winners weregiven prizes.At about four-thirty Fiona's mother brought out the birthday ***e. It was beautifully decorated with pink andwhite icing. Twelve colorful candles sat in the middle of the ***e. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Fiona after which she blew out the candles and cut the***e. We clapped out hands eagerly.We helped ourselves to slices of the delicious***e. Then we continued our games.Finally at about six in the evening the party came to an end. We were all tired but happy. The parents of the otherchildren came to collect them. I helped Fiona and her mother clean up the mess we made. After that I walked homewhich was only two doors away

Last year my birthday party was great. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what my mum had prepared for me.It was the tenth of June and I was so excitedto go to my party. It was the end of school so I had nothing to bother me. It was almosttime for my party so I started getting ready. Iwore a black dress which had a blood red ribbon around the waist. I went to my grandma's house early so I could greet my friends. I was so happy to see that everyone came.I opened my presents one by one and all of them were amazing. I got necklaces, bracelets, a Nintendo game and make-up. We started to eat pizza and some meat when I decided to play some music so we could all have fun while eating. We finished eating and started talking, playing games, dancing and singing until the cake arrived. Itwas a chocolate cake and it was delicious.The party ended and it was time to say goodbye to all my friends. However, my cousin and I stayed there until midnight, talking and listening to music. It was the best party of my life.
