After they had defeated Voldemort, Harry, Hermione and Ron came accross a girl in the forbidden forest, one who had silver eyes. She had no memory of how she came to be in the forbidden forest, only of that she found a portal in her own world and stepped through, not realising what would happen.

The girl's name was Silverbine and her world is called, Minecraftia.
