The next day, Matt Murdock is preparing for a case with fellow Lawyer and best friend Franklin "Foggy" Nelson. A roxxon employee was accused of helping out with a dangerous bioweapon. "Devil's breath? That sounds destructive." Foggy commented. Matt nodded. "Those guys were wearing a strange mask, they must have started attacking after Fisk was killed." Matt replied. Foggy was thinking about the disaster that took place on that christmas day. "You still working on the Devil's breath case?" Karen Page asked.  "Yes." Matt answered. "If that plague is released, the demons will be opening Pandora's box and there will be no closing it." He replied as the three leave for the trial.

Meanwhile at a crime scene, Stacy and some cops investigate.

"What a mess, Fisk dies and suddenly the tracksuits are going down with him." A cop commented. George checks the scene of the crime for any clues. "There was a struggle here." George said as he studies the blood stains.
"How could these guys do this?" Asked another cop. Spider-Man arrives on the scene. "Maybe they weren't completely normal." He said. "What tells you that?" The cop asks him. "Look at this residue." Spider-Man pointed out. "It's filled with negative energy." George gives Spider-Man a card with his address. "Stop by this address and we'll talk." He said. Spider-Man nods and swings away. "You sure you can trust him sir?" A cop asks him. " A man in a mask has nothing to hide but something to protect. Wouldn't you agree?" George asked. The cops leave the scene and Martin has a sinister grin. " Time for phase 2 of my plan" he said as trucks load with bombs filled with devil's breath. "Sir. We're opening Pandora's box and there's no closing it." A man warned. "Keep the Tracksuits out of my way and eliminate them. " Martin ordered.
