Ok, now that those who haven't seen it have HOPEFULLY clicked away....

Here is the actual description. (Contains spoilers for NWH)

Ever since Peter's identity was reveal, his life had gone south. Fast. After accidentally opening the multiverse and saving the villians from their doom (and meeting some pretty awesome guys,) he had to say goodbye to the only family he had left: his honorary brother, Ned, and the love of his life, Michelle Jones. Then Strange casted the spell and everything he loved was gone. But he promised he would tell them everything that happened.

Now that he had mourned his aunt, he was supposed to tell Ned and MJ what had happened. Everything. Then, it would be like old days. They would go to MIT, he and MJ would progress further in their relationship, but... something stopped him. 

What happens next? Does Peter go to MIT? Does he ever get his friends back? And how does he cope being the only one left, being the only one to remember who Peter Parker is?
