The two love birds fight their hearts out in the Splatfest. They even bump into each other a few times but it's time to see who won this month Splatfest.
The next day, after the Splatfest, Sunny and Jax walks into the Square. "Ready to do my laundry, Sunshine?" Jax asked with a smirk to Sunny as she roll her eyes. "Yeah right. Be prepare to eat your words." Sunny said then the news came on and the two stay quiet to listen to it.

The Off The Hook girls came on the big TV. Pearl announce that they will tell which team won the Splatfest. They calculated the votes and battles and the score say that the winner was....."YESSSSS! PULP IS THE WORRRRRRRRST!" Marina cheered as Pearl groans a little in defeat. "When I say "pulp," you say "gross!"" Marina shouted as Pearl gives her a look. "PULP!" "Stop." Pearl said, sounds kinda annoyed but Marina continues anyway. "GROSS!" She grins as she roast a little bit when she said this. "So Team Pulp didn't have any substance after all. Funny how that works..." She finished off by saying, "If you participated in the Splatfest, your prizes are waiting in the Square!" The news continue on until they sign off.

Sunny smirks at Jax as Jax goes a little pale. "Soooooo? Tell me." She grins as Jax blushes a lot. "D-Do I have to?" He asked with nervous in his voice. Sunny snickers as she shake her head yes then Jax groans but he smirks as he gets an idea. "How about I kiss her?" He smirks more as Sunny's eyes widen in shock but smirks back. "That wasn't part of the deal but find." She said. The truth is, she hopes the Jax likes her. It's the reason why she wants to do the bet. To know if he likes her but she scares that he only sees her a friend or sister. Plus, who wants to date an octoling?

"Ok but you have to close your eyes" Jax said as Sunny had an confused look. "Why do I have to close my eyes?" She asked. "Because it's embarrassing." He explains as she sighs. "Ok fine." She gives in as she close her eyes. Jax blushes more as he walks up to her. He was hesitate. He don't know how will she react. Will she hate him? Will she think it's a joke? He had so many doubts in his head but he deiced to shake it off and pulls her into a passionate kiss.

Her eyes open wide in shock as she felt something or someone press something on her lips. She soon realize that Jax was kissing her. Soon, her shock went away as she close her eyes and kiss him back. Moments later, the two pull back, blush cover their face. Sunny grins a little. "So I'm your crush?" Jax chuckles. "Of course, Sunshine." He said as Sunny looks down at her feet. "But why me? There are so many other prettier girls than me. Plus, I'm an octoling and-" "So?" Jax cuts her off. "So what your an octoling? Your the most prettiest girl I seen in my life. When I first saw you when you walk out the subway, I thought I saw an angel. I fell for you because you have the most cutest smiles and laughs. You always willing to help people no matter what they are or what problem it is.  You're willing to help people makes me smile and you know I'm willing to make you smile when you're down. You complete my life." He finishes.

Sunny was in tears. "Y-You really mean it?" She asked as Jax chuckles. "Of course." He said softly as he wipes her tears away with his thumb. She has the biggest smile on her face as she hugs him so tightly out of pure happiness. "Thank you." She said as he blushes a little but hugs her back. "Want to be my girlfriend?" He asked in her ear. Sunny slowly pulls back from the hug. "Does this answer your question?" She asked as she pulls him into a passionate kiss. He smiles as he kiss her back while holding her close. Love was in the air.

Bonus: 

While the two confess, the Off The Hook girls saw the whole thing. "Awwwwwww! Look at Agent 8! She found her lover!" Marina fangirls as Pearl snickers. "I knew those two end up together sooner or later."

With Marie, she saw the whole scene and goes to Octo Canyon  to tell her cousin, Callie, everything that happen so she call let her know that her ship was set sail.
