Padmé: flowers and honey

Anakin: Axe deodorant

Qui-Gon: nice old cigars and old spice

Obi-Wan: like a nice woody and manly cologne

Palpatine: Greasy sweat and smoke

Yoda: Swamp water and mud

Darth Maul: Sweat and dirt and rage

Leia: Very sweet like vanilla because she uses vanilla lotions a lot

Luke: I feel like he would use minty colognes and deodorants

Han: He definitely uses old spice. He likes citrus scents. Also smells sweaty sometimes

Chewbacca: wet dog

Rey: She likes fruity scented things so she always smells like apples or watermelon
