Kallus was watching out for anything while Ezra rested. He looked over and saw blood on his arm and still flowing, his sleeve was more red than orange. Kallus quickly rolled it up and saw metal stuck in his arm.

  He worked on it and ripped Ezra's sleeve a bit and tied it on his wound. Kallus saw his face scrunch up and he panicked when he stared whimpering like he had a bad dream. Kallus placed his had on his shoulder and saw Ezra lean into his touch like he was trying to wake up.

  "Kanan...Kanan...." Ezra cried out and Kallus pretended to be Kanan. "Um..padawan, I uh, say to wake up...and stuff...." Kallus said awkwardly. Ezra whimpered and cried out and Kallus worried of troopers finding them.

  Kallus hugged Ezra and Ezra buried into him crying for Kanan. Kallus realized Ezra was a child still. He knew Ezra lost his parents when he was young because Kanan Jarrus wasn't his real father and no one that young leaves their family to join a crew.

    "Kallus? What are you doing?" Ezra asked and Kallus blushed embarrassed. "You were crying for your Master...I wanted you to be quiet in case stormtroopers came." Kallus said and Ezra was about to say thank you but passed out.

  Kallus realized why Kanan was protective over this boy. There was something about him that you wanted to protect and care for. Kallus heard marching and quickly woke Ezra up. "We need to go!" Kallus said and Ezra woke up. He was pale and his blind eyes looked at Kallus's and said, "Vader's here."

  Kallus saw troopers coming their way and he quickly got Ezra up. He ran with Ezra near him and shots flew by their way.

   Zeb found troopers shooting where Ezra should be so he ran there. He saw activated his weapon and stealthily attacked. Kallus watched as troopers were disappearing and screaming. He heard an animal roar and felt fear as a body of a trooper was near him with claw marks.

   Kallus was running with Ezra until a tree fell on them and they were pinned. "Don't make anything move." Kallus whispered and Ezra was passing out again.

   Kallus waited until nothing was heard. Kallus saw someone lean over him and he felt like he was back when that lasat mercenary killed his men. "Kallus?" Zeb asked and Kallus sighed. "Garazeb Orrielos, its you." Kallus said. Zeb cocked his head and said, "How long have you've been there?" Kallus glared and said, "Ezra's under here so please help out." Zeb smiled at his brothers name and quickly got the tree off.

  He saw Ezra wake up and Ezra launched into Zeb and grinned. "I missed you!" Ezra said and Zeb hugged him. "I know, I missed you,little brother." Zeb said and Kallus gave a soft smile. "Kallus, thank you." Zeb said seriously and Kallus gave him a grin.

   "Well, I grew fond of Ezra. He's a tough kid." He said and grabbed his weapon, Ezra let go and Zeb noticed his wounds. "Karabast! What happened?" Zeb asked and Ezra cowered into himself. Kallus could tell he was traumatized and shook his head at Zeb. 

   "Can you walk?" Zeb asked and knew not to ask and Ezra fell but Kallus caught him. "I got him, lead the way." He said and Zeb moved quietly.

   "So, where's Kanan?" Ezra asked and Zeb laughed. "He's been with his Master, he's crazy. He'll be better once your're back." Zeb said and Ezra smiled.

     Zeb was worried about the kid, he was hurt and he wanted him rested. Kallus knew he would be in handcuffs for awhile till the Rebllion trusts him but he was happy. Ezra was going to be safe.....

  Until Vader showed up......

    SURPRISE MOTHERFU#%&*!!!!!!!!!!!

      Zeb grabbed Kallus and Ezra and ran. He ran to where Sabine was and saw Kanan until Vader force pushed them. He grabbed Ezra by the thoart. 

   "Rebel's! Look where you led your friend!" Vader yelled and everything stopped. Kanan watched mad as Vader spoke. He saw his child and watched as Vader's lightsaber made a cut on Ezra's arm. He force pushed Ezra in the ground and sliced his arm again and just left. 

  Vader went to his ship and left....

   Kanan was about to run to Ezra until the battle appeared. Kanan was stuck blocking bullets and Zeb and Kallus fought side by side. Ezra was up but he was covered by Zeb and Kallus.

 Kanan force pushed troopers away and Rex and Sabine were near him. Zeb and Kallus activated their weapons and fought vicious. Ezra force pushed stuff away and the battle lasted for two hours.

  They were confused by Vader.

  "Good job, now they'll not question us." Sidious said and Vader flew in space as he went to his Star Destroyer. 

  "The boy will be lucky to live." Vader said as he landed inside the Destroyer.

   Troopers closed in until Ezra unleashed a wave of force energy from himself.

     He sent troopers and everything flying except for his friends. Kanan deactivated his lightsaber and ran to Ezra. "Ezra!" Kanna yelled and Zeb and Kallus smiled.

   "Dad!" Ezra yelled. Zeb and Kallus walked with them until a trooper shot a blast at them. It was going to Kallus...everyone saw and Ezra knew Kallus was ready to die.

   Ezra jumped in the way.....and it hit him.
