This is kind of an add-on to Melodie's tutorial on the fade effect, just for mobile users.

Picture above: An example of an end product using The Fade Effect

Well, let's get started!

1) Open whatever app you use to put your background and renders/images together (for the fade effect, the app MUST have an eraser function)

Will be using Pixlr & Picsart for this tutorial.

2) place your image onto your background and tap on the eraser function.

3) For PICSART: adjust the Size and Hardness to your own liking
(NOTE: the hardness level in the picture is not the one I used for the end product)

4) Erase the part of the image that you want to have the fade effect

TIP: DO NOT make the fade effect really clean-cut. It's kind of meant to be a bit fluffy and feathery?

NOTE: For PIXLR, the feather = hardness, therefore you only need to adjust the feather and size.

Tip: make the feather really really small (by adjusting it like in the picture) to have a better feathery effect.

It looks weird before you add the font ahaha.

TIP: When adding the font, it is preferred to make sure it covers all of the faded portion, so that it doesnt look like the character is floating in air O.o

And that's a wrap!
Thanks for reading, hope you learnt something ^^
