Stein's POV

I walked wtih Anne and the fused Kishin egg through the DWMA. Many of the students whom of which I had known and others I had no clue were and did not really care about.

I looked back as I had watched Anne stop to talk to a smiling
Maka. "Anne we do not have time for you to chit chat." I said. Maka smiled at her and nodded. Anne caught back up and I looked at her.
"What was that about?" I asked. "Oh, She asked if we wanted to go
to dinner at her and Soul's apartment this Friday." She said.
"And what did you say?" I asked."That I would discuss it with you first." She said and looked up at me.

I nodded and lookedat her. I turned my attention back to the hallway as we had walked up to the infirmary. I opened the door and went in but stopped. I turned around and pushed Anne out.

She rose a brow at me and I shook my head. "You do not want to know." I said. She nodded and I chuckled. "Well for now let us go see if Death knowsanything about this." I said. She nodded as we swiftly walked away from the
infirmary. We walked into the Death room and to the stage where Spirit was crying over hisdaughter and Lord Death was trying to
get him to stop.

"Hello Anne, Hello Stein."Lord Death Said I let a small nod out as Anne let out a small wave. I looked at him and gave him the fused kishin egg. "Today on our mission we got to behold a kishin eating another's soul. Then when they were defeated this happened." I said.

Lord Death picked it up and nodded. "I see." he started. "Did you try and speak to Naigus and Sid?" he asked. Anne shuddered and I nudged her. I glanced down as she had a light dusting on her cheeks. Spirit had stopped and was now
looking at us. "Naigus and Sid were busy."

I said as I tried not to recall the image i had once previously saw. "But we were hoping that you had some knowledge of this." I said
and Anne nodded. Spirit stood and walked over. "fused kishin eggs huh?" he asked and looked at
it.

"You said they ate each other's soul?" he asked I nodded, "It sounds like some kind of cannibalism." he said. Anne shrugged and I looked at him. "Kishin cannibalism?" I asked. He nodded and LordDeath shrugged. "It sounds like a disease." Anne said and we chuckled.

"Could it be because they didn't have enough power and they were searching for it but as a quick way to get it they ate another's soul?" Spirit asked. We looked to Lord Death. "That very well could have
happened. We'll look into the matter and see if it happens again. But for now I want to know what Sid and Naigus were so busy about." he said.

Anne spoke up first. "Bow chika wow wow." she said. I watched Lord Death and spirit sweat drop. I looked at Anne ready to run but she laughed. "Lord Death....Did you just hear what I heard?" spirit asked. "That an innocent girl as
Anne just implied that Naigus and Sid were getting freaky in the infirmary? Yes, Spirit. Yes you did." he said. "pppfffftttt hahahahahahaha." Spirit said as he fell over the side of the stage.

"Spirit this is no laughing matter - Reaper Chop!- now don't make me reaper chop you!" he said.As spirit held his head and a fountain of blood started to form I had to keep myself from laughing.

"It's more effective if you warn before you chop." he said. Now scared of being chopped ourselves
Anne and I ran out of the Death Room. I looked at her and she looked at me. We laughed a bit before collecting ourselves and smirking. "We should get home." I
said and she nodded still chuckling and wiping her eyes. I smiled down at her as we left the DWMA together and walked to our shared lab.

Who would have thought that the matter of Fused Kishin eggs could have been so amusing? I did not,
