Hello everybody and welcome to the first ever theory of Steven Universe. Now as you see in the part title we will be talking about Stevonie. A lot of people ship this, btw if you didn't know teenagers and even adults watch watch the show and get into it. Today we will be the clues left in the show. First, one of the biggest and the only recurring one, they blush when they're around each other. Second, in one episode Steven looked as if proposing to Connie.

This could be a sign of them being married. But I wanna go farther back. In another episode Connie and Steven ran away to "live together". This is what you would usually do if you were married. Second I want to move on to the episode I'm which Steven's birthday took place. He had said "When Connie becomes president some day what am I gonna be, First Boy?"

The title of "First" in this context usually refers to the spouse or child/children. Steven being Connie's son this can only mean he would be the spouse. This indicates romance between the two. But the one thing that sells it to all of the Stevonnie shippers is the fusion.

Garnet has said "You need a partner you can trust with that light." And what greater trust is love? Heck, Ruby and Sapphire's bond that keeps them fused for so long is love. Whether Rebbeca Suger meant it or not, the Steven x Connie ship has much supporting evidence.
But hey. That's just a theory. A fandom theory. And...... Cut.
