The palace and the minorats glimmered under the light of the sun. The golden domes shown as if they were two stars plucked from the night sky. Inside the palace was no different.

Jasmine stood on her balcony which overlooked the city. She smiled at the citizens below. Smells of fresh fruit and rolls drifted from the stalls from the market up to her nose. She had been outside there multiple times since her marriage with Aladdin 3 years ago. She patted her bulging stomach, the child kicking more than usual. Jasmine wasn't sure she would be able to go out when the child was born so she didn't want to miss the opportunities she had. She changed out of her nightdress and into the outfit shown below. (Of course,
the fabric isn't as tight because of her pregnancy.)

"There you are." Aladdin stood in the doorway. He wore a cream colored outfit, similar to the one he wore at the Harvest Festival and when he took her on the adventure of a lifetime.

"How is she?" He asked hugging her the best he could.

"He is doing fine."

"What makes you think it's a boy? She has your taste for music."

"Like you, he can't sit still when he hears it." The couple smiled at each other. Aladdin dramatically held a hand out to her. Jasmine rolled her eyes, smirked, and took his hand.

The vibrancy of the city made Aladdin smile. Even though he had lived on these streets his while life, he felt like he had never been here before in his life. Suddenly, Jasmine lurched forward and clutched her stomach. It was happening. Right there, right now. She was having the child.

Aladdin and two guards helped her back to the palace. Aladdin turned to glance behind him, he saw a man dressed in a cloak. His cold black eyes met Aladdin's warm chocolate ones and the man ran. Aladdin recognized those eyes...

Could it be? No. It can't be.

Right?
