Tony and Steve get Emma and Peter dressed up. Tony and Steve have been raising Emma for about 3 months. They have seen her first crawl and first words and now apparently the birth mother wants her back. Tony sighs as he places Emma in her car seat.
"Dada?"
"This may be the last time we see you baby girl..." Tony sighs
Peter tears up at the thought.
"Please don't let the mean lady take Emmie away papa" Peter begs Tony. Tony tears up and sighs
"We will definitely try little buddy." Steve buckles Emma and Peter in as we head to the court house. 45 minutes it takes them to get there seemed to fly by. Steve parks the car and gets out with a sigh. Tony got out Peter and Steve handled Emma. They walked up the big steps into the even larger building. Peter stared in wonder how big and clean everything was. Soon they found their way to the courtroom and looked at Judge Hummel.
'The decision of whether Emma will be yanked out of our lives for ever or will she get to stay is in the hand of a pasty white man by the name of Kurt Hummel. Dear god.' Tony thought then she appeared.
"Hello Kidnappers!" Miss Rhodes said to them.
"Hello Miss Rhodes" Steve replied nicely.
God Tony really just wanna deck her at this moment.
"Why do you wanna take our Emma away Miss Rhodes? We love her" Peter sniffles.
Rhodes scoffs and rolls her eyes
"Because she's my Emma and your dad's stole her away"
"Nu uh!" Peter protested
"Whatever. I'll have Emma soon enough"
Then the hammer was slammed signaling the beginning of the trail.
"All rise for the honorable judge Kurt Hummel."
They all do so and then sit back.
"Here today November 22 2011. The case of child vs mother. opening statements will be taken now. Miss Rhodes?"
"Your Honor. I am Katy Rhodes and that infant is mine." She stays pointing to Tony, Steve and Peter.
"What make's you say that Miss Rhodes?"
"Over the past 3 months I have been doing extensive blood research in order to be 100% percent sure, that and the fact I was there the night they stole her!"
"We didn't steal her!" Peter shouted "Shh shh Peter.." Steve scolds.
That's when Emma stared sobbing. But Tony knew this sob. She was bored. Tony then quickly searched Emma's bag for her bunny.
"See look her she is sobbing sir." Judged watched quietly as Tony took out Emma's bunny and handed it to her "She's just bored your honor." Tony stated  giving Emma the bunny.
Emma laughed stopped crying playing with the new toy.
"Awwww" the jury coos at Emma.
"See your Honor" Steve says "We're good parents. All of the avengers and all of shields can take care of her. Besides that lady left her at our door."
Hours of arguing later they finally gain rights over Emma.
"YESS!" They cheered in a big hug. The lady just hugged and left. Emma was finally ours.
