TRIGGER WARNING: DRUGS, BEER, AND SUICIDE

It was 2:10 am. Joseph took a shakey breath and looked around before pulling out a bottle of pills out of his jacket pocket. He was alone in his house but he still had to be careful. Someone could come in at any time. He stood up and went to his fridge he opened it. There were beer bottles and almost no food besides a sandwich. He reached in a pulled out the beer. He closed the fridge door with his foot and went back to his seat. He tossed the pills in his mouth and chugged the beer. His tail wagged.

It was 3:30 am. His sister had come in a made him stop. They got into a fight making Joseph hide in his room. He picked up his journal and a neon pen. He started to right.

Stupid sister took my damn drugs and beer. I hate her so fucking much. I just wanted to stop thinking for a few hours. I don't understand why she does it. Maybe it's cause the only thing she needs in life is love. She hooks up with everyone for about a week before she finds someone else. I just don't understand.

It was 5:49 am. Joseph had fallen asleep, his pills making him pass out. He dreamt about many things.

It was 1:30 pm. He had finally woken up. His sister left to work but his mother had come over. They tried to stop him from hurting himself worse. He just didn't understand that. He couldn't. He was addicted to drugs and beer. They called for him. He loved them. He stood up and walked into the kitchen only to find his mother there. He sighed quietly and sat with her.

"Hey mom." He muttered.

"Hey baby." His mother smiled, kissing his cheek. He gagged slightly but smiled. Today was the last day. The last day he'd have to deal with this. With everything. He just had to wait.

It was 10:43 pm. He was in his room alone. He had snuck all his pills in his room that day. He smiled and tossed him in his mouth, swallowing them. All of them. Every single one. That was the end of it. He never woke again.
