Phoenix Rengoku is a kind and caring individual who can usually see the best in a situation or person shines through. Basically like Senjuro.

Rumiko has a tough and resilient yet caring personality. She is pragmatic and quick thinker who doesn't back down from a fight even if being overpowered or outnumbered by enemies. Rumiko has a strong will and bravery to fight for the greater good. She also has the capability of enduring extreme pain without losing concentration. She tends to act disrespectful towards others but it is always towards those who are arrogant and to heroes who she claims to be disgraceful to the meaning of heroism such as Death Arms, Mount Lady, and Kamui Woods. Despite having a strong personality, she has a tsundere personality when it comes down to romance relationships and doesn't like to be seen as someone who should be messed with.

Comment on the name that you vote for to be Hikari's love interest. I know that you might noticed that some of the female characters from MHA aren't mentioned here but it's mostly because I'm putting in some different ships like IzuOcha, KuroMori, and KiriMina. Plus I am gonna add in some other ocs but one of them is Kuroiro's great grandfather who has a quirk that is not shadow based related but Kuroiro was supposed to inherit it and he did but he couldn't activate it as it lays dormant. Well. Comment if you'd like me to add that particular oc to the story.

Just know that I want to make the story Rising Shadows of the Fallen Moon be a good book that you'll enjoy reading. So please don't be afraid to share your thoughts on the story and also ask some questions about some of my ocs or their origins which will be released in my oc book if I could stop being lazy and try to make them which will be hard for me to do because I have like maybe up to a hundred ocs. Most of them are based on the Sonic franchise by that I mean appearance wise. Remember. Feel free to comment plus don't hesitate on telling me what you like about one of my ocs because as I explore other franchises, I would change the powers, appearance or personality of an oc or create an new oc.

Man I am rambling a lot. Plus I really want to know about which arc that you want Fumikage to make his appearance to Class 1-A and choose if you'd like him to be put into Class 1-A by joining the UA Reform program. The reason I'm begging you basically is because coming soon. I am going to publish a Christmas special and I need to know which arc you want Fumikage to make his vigilante appearance to Class 1-A and if you want Fumikage to go through the UA Reform program to join Class 1-A.
