A homeless 'stoner' is taken in and is able to have dinner for shite and all of that stuff so he doesn't starve. They have a big feast, and everyone's happy. But the thing is, the 'stoner' thinks he sees the walls and reality warping, and the food turning into human flesh along with the family having blood all over their clothes. Turns out, he was put on drugs in order to see what he wanted to see. A nice, loving, family with heaps food. But it was actually a family of murderers and cannibals eating human flesh. As he looks down at his plate, he realized he was eating human flesh too.
