 Go to 28:35 and you'll here Brandon say it then something about Vik. I know that BRandon said it, BUT please take in to the fact Vik is still there, and if you watch a couple minutes before the time of 28:35 of him attempting to jump onto the crane (Bad idea.) then it kinda does imply of a superhero going by at night. Take not that the place is a city too. Not to mention that the color of the background is black, that if you watched it, it will indicate the level making it look like the city is taking place at night.

 Aka Im just saying that this just really reminds me of NAHWC of you-know-who being that-character-but-if-you-havent-read-it-or-seen-the-part-of-the- art-book-then-you-would-have-known, and this seems like a sign for me.
