An (F/N) color-haired girl was enjoying the perfect day. She looks down at her butterfly necklace for a moment before smiling.

She summons out her beautiful wings and jumps off as she flew quickly, skimming the water with dragonflies and joyfully greeting a family of monkeys before blasting into the sky to join a flock of birds. She enjoyed the warm sun on her face and the wind in her hair then curled into a cannonball and rocketed back down to the earth.

As she dropped through the tree canopy, she grabbed a giant blanket that was hanging and used it like a parachute to soar the rest of the way down, swinging past the zoo animals and the zoologists who were caring for them. The zoologists look up, seeing the animals smiling up at the sky, only to find nothing.

The girl that was flying through the sky was named Y/N. She loved her job with the animals.

She landed near a baby hippo who was refusing to dive into the water. It only took Y/N a few minutes to solve the problem.

She tackled the hippo and dove into the water with him. An instant later, they resurface and swim in the water together.

Next, Y/N now all dried up raced two tufted deer to the bottom of the hill. Then she landed on the back of a zebra, who playfully tossed her into the air with its powerful legs.

She nudged a nervous baby bird out of his nest, catching him as he first fell, then flew. The bird smiled at Y/N as he went to join the others, and she soared off toward the sky, breaking through the treetops.

When Y/N lands back in the zoo, she quickly makes her wings disappear before anyone can see them and gets to work. She hops onto the golf cart and drives through the crowd of people that are sightseeing the animals.

She nods to the elephant. "Good morning, Barry.", Y/N said.

Barry huffs out in response with a smile as he watches her drive away. Y/N stops to the gate to see a monkey sleeping on the ground where the sun is shining on it.

She opens the gate and approaches the monkey, who wakes up to see her. "Come on, Donald, let's get you out of the sun. Come on.", Y/N continued.

She takes its tiny hand with her finger to guide the monkey into the nice little apartment with curtains that covers the light. "There you go, buddy. Nice and shady.", Y/N said.

The monkey cooes and smiles, lying back down. Y/N then rides back into the golf cart to check on other animals.

A smoothie vendor sees her and brings out a plastic cup of smoothie with a straw. "You favorite! (F/S)!", Y/N continued.

Y/N takes it with a smile. "Thanks, Frank.", Y/N said.

Later, she stops by the big hole where it shows the sign "Gorilla". She notices a zoologist is throwing veggies down the hole almost aggressively like he's just throwing something down just to hit something or someone.

Y/N frowns, shaking her head. "Come on, Shane. What are you doing? We talked about this.", Y/N sighed.

She hops off the golf cart and approaches him. Shane turns to her and rolls his eyes, getting back to throwing more veggies.

"His food should always be fresh and placed outside the door out of the sun.", Y/N continued. "You go down there for all you want. I am not getting jacked up by him again.", Shane said, glaring down at the hole.

"It's been 10 years. Bernie's cool.", Y/N said, bringing out a plate full of sliced berries, bananas, and guavas. She figures that he's going to do that and bought those fruits that she figures the gorillas would like to eat.

Shane notices and looks at her in disbelief. "Why do you bring this stuff around here? You trying to make the rest of us look bad?", Shane asked.

Y/N looks at him like he's stupid or something. "What are you talking about? I'm just trying to help an animal. Is it that bad? Isn't it our job?", Y/N asked.

"Well...", Shane started, but Y/N cuts him off. "Then why are you complaining about it? Plus, I feel for that big guy. He's all alone.", Y/N said.

Shane then fakes a pity. "Oh, he's all alone.", Shane said.

She sighs, knowing this won't stop. "Look, it all starts with trust.", Y/N told him.

Shane just shrugs. "Sure. You won't be so cocky when he's beating you to death with your own arm.", Shane continued.

He then dumps out the rest of the veggies into the hole. Y/N sighs and goes down the stairs through the dark hallway to the metal door.

She opens it and looks over to see a gorilla sitting in the far corner with its back turned to her. "Hey, Bern. Got a little something for ya.", Y/N said.

She could see the gorilla's head turn to her for a bit. Y/N calmly approaches the gorilla and gently places the plate next to it.

"Thought you might eat something more delicious than those veggies on the floor.", Y/N continued. The gorilla doesn't make a noise and just kept staring at the wall.

Y/N frowns and gently pats its head. "Look, you're not a monster. They're just afraid and judge you without getting to know you. You are a gentle giant gorilla, full of wisdom, loyalty, and protection.", Y/N said.

She stares at the gorilla, hoping that it will at least look at her. But when minutes have passed, she sighed and headed towards the metal door.

Y/N stops and looks at the gorilla for a moment before closing the door behind her. The gorilla looked back to where she had gone and down at the plate, then slowly starts eating them.

Y/N is now in the office as she was helping taking care of an eagle when she heard someone coming in and turned to see her coworker. "Hey, Y/N.", her coworker greeted her.

"Hey.", Y/N greeted back. "How did it go with the fruits you gave him?", her coworker asked.

Y/N frowns and pets the eagle's head. "A little great, I guess. Hopefully, he eats it... I don't know if he's gonna come around.", Y/N replied.

"Don't be discouraged. Bernie feels what you're trying to do. All the animals do. You're an animal fairy.", her coworker reassured her. Y/N chuckled and guided the eagle back in its cage.

"I've been told.", Y/N said. "So, find anyone yet?", her coworker smirked, suggestively.

Y/N scoffs at that. "You know, I'm not seeing anyone anymore since I left my ex. He's a real total jerk that happens to love bringing people down.", Y/N continued.

"Well, it's never too late to find new love. You'll never know what's coming for you.", her coworker said. "I guess.", Y/N said.

Suddenly, the doors were slammed opened and they turned to see the zoologists carrying a lioness on a metal table as they wheeled it towards them. "Hang in there, girl. It's gonna be alright.", one of the zoologist assured.

"What happened?", Y/N asked with worry, standing up. "She's having trouble breathing.", another zoologist explained.

"She's stable and she's sedated. I'm gonna get a trace tube.", another zoologist continued. Y/N and her coworker checked on the lioness when they heard a beep noise and turned to see her breathing monitor went to straight line, causing them to worry even more.

"Oh, no. What do we do, Kate?", Y/N asked. "Don't panic, Y/N.", Kate reassured her.

"She's not breathing!", Y/N said. "Just need to support her neck.", Kate said.

Kate pushes out all the things from the table before turning to Y/N and the lioness. Both of them hold onto the lioness.

"On my count. One, two, and...", Kate continued. They began to lift the lioness towards the table.

Though that lioness was very heavy as they struggle. "She's a big girl. She's a big girl.", Y/N grunted out.

Once they placed the lioness on the table, Kate checks her mouth. "There's something blocking her airway. I need a laryngoscope.", Kate said, pointing to the direction.

Y/N rushes over, but she stops and turns to her. "I don't know what a laryngo...", Y/N started.

"It's in the drawer.", Kate told her. She quickly opens the drawer and searches through things.

"Okay, I got post-its, cinnamon tic tacs...", Y/N said. "It's silver, curved and has a light on it.", Kate said.

Y/N found what she was looking for and pulls it out. "Got it.", Y/N continued.

"Come on, come on, come on. Hurry.", Kate continued. She passes the laryngoscope to Kate as she checks the lioness' mouth.

"There's definitely something in her throat. Hold her jaw open. I'm putting my hand in.", Kate stated. "Okay.", Y/N said.

Y/N grabbed the lioness' jaw and opened it wide for Kate to put her hand in as she goes deep. "It's stuck.", Kate said.

"No, come on.", Y/N frowned. Kate tries to pull something out only to remove her hand out, causing the saliva to splash onto Y/N's face.

Y/N gets grossed out. "Oh, God. Okay...", Y/N continued.

"I can't get it out.", Kate said. "Alright. I guess I'm up.", Y/N said.

"Okay, I'll hold.", Kate said. Y/N and Kate switch turns as Y/N dives her hand into the lioness' mouth.

"Hold the jaw.", Y/N stated. "Got it.", Kate said.

Y/N keeps digging into the lioness' mouth, feeling so grossed out. "Come on, you can do it.", Kate said.

"Wow. That's a feeling I never wanna get used to.", Y/N said. Kate looks at the monitor with worry.

"Hurry, hurry! You can do it, you can do it.", Kate said, urgently. Y/N struggles to find something that's causing lioness not to breathe.

Her eyes widened to feel something. "I got it!", Y/N shouted out.

At the same time, the monitor begins to beep as Kate's eyes widened with glee. "She's breathing!", Kate exclaimed.

With one gentle pull, Y/N pulls out a crushed can of Red Bull that's covered with saliva. "Good luck getting the deposit back on that one.", Y/N panted, wiping the sweat off from her forehead with her arm.

Kate smiled at her. "You did it.", Kate said.

"No, we did it.", Y/N clarified. Y/N looks down at the lioness and pats her.

"You're okay.", Y/N continued.

After cleaning herself up, Y/N drives into the golf cart again as she makes sure the zoo was doing fine as well as the people. "Hey, wanna bet?", someone asked.

She stops and turns to see a couple of teenagers snickering and standing close to a tiger who's behind the glass. "What are they doing...?", Y/N muttered, stopping her golf cart.

The teenagers begins to make fun of the tiger while making funny faces. This lead the tiger to get angry as its breathe fogs the glass.

Y/N didn't like where this is going as they kept on bothering the tiger until it begins to back away. This made the teenagers think they made the tiger go away when the tiger begins charging towards them.

When they expect the tiger to get bounced back by the glass, it didn't as the glass shattered into pieces. The tiger roars at them, causing them to scream and flee along with everyone else.

The tiger is loose as it runs off. The security guard sees that and brings out a walkie-talkie.

"We have a situation here!", the security guard shouted out. The zoologists tried to calm everyone down while some tried to stop the tiger from hurting anyone or running away.

The tiger growls at the teenagers that were bothering it and charges them. They tried to run only to trip onto one another.

Just as the tiger goes to annihilate them, flying acorns hits the tiger. They turned to see Y/N as she glares at the tiger.

"Stand down, Tony!", Y/N ordered. The tiger growls and turns back to see the teenagers went back to running.

The tiger chases after them again, leaving Y/N to catch up as she climbs up the tree and jumps off. She goes flying towards the tiger and lands on its back.

The tiger roars and tries to get her off its back. Y/N struggles to hold on.

"Whoa! Easy!", Y/N continued. Kate saw this and was in disbelief.

"Y/N! Are you crazy?!", Kate exclaimed. Y/N keeps holding on as the tiger runs.

She looks over to see a tree full of berries on each branch. "Kids! Go right!", Y/N ordered, pointing to the direction.

They nodded and did what they're told as Y/N got off of the tiger and ran towards the tree. Once she's close, she begins pulling the branch as hard as she could.

"Kids, duck!", Y/N shouted out. "Okay!", the teenagers said.

Kate rushes over to Y/N. "Kate! Could use some help here!", Y/N continued.

She nodded and started pulling on the branch as well. As soon as the teenagers are close and did a tuck and roll, Y/N releases the branch.

It whacks it towards the tiger, causing the berries to smash onto the tiger as it leaves a stain on its eyes. The tiger shook its head and glares at Y/N.

It slowly approaches her in a pouncing position, causing Kate to worry as she brings out a dart gun. Just as the tiger was about to attack, Y/N glares back and lets out a loudest roar, causing it to flinch and whimper.

The tiger then walks away with its tail between its legs. Kate and the teenagers stared at Y/N in amazement as one of them held the phone up.

Y/N turns to them. "You guys okay?", Y/N asked.

"That's amazing!", Kate exclaimed. "How did you do that?!", Kate continued.

"Gotta show the animals who's an alpha.", Y/N said, shyly. "Thank you so much! We'll never bother the animals ever again!", the teenagers cried out.

"Good. This better not happen again. You know how dangerous animals can be. You could've gotten killed.", Y/N scolded. "Yes... We're sorry.", the teenagers apologized.

Y/N checks her phone and notices the time. "Whelp. My shift is over. Gotta go. See you, Kate.", Y/N said.

She then runs off.
