Summary

Shiloh is a small town in Washington with a population of less than 2,500 thousand. Everyone who died there was born there. No one has ever had the desire to leave town, and, comparatively, none have entered. It's been that way since the 1800's, when the town was founded.

Something strange is going on at the local collage. Stranger than the usual strange. Some students there have discovered they have powers. Very, very dangerous powers. No one knows about it, though, except for those who possess such unbelievable abilities. The cause is unknown, as well as who possesses these powers.

Since the day this started, strange events have been occurring - small whales appeared on the beach, dead. Three people committed suicide by jumping off the cliff at the edge of town near the lighthouse. A house caught fire and the family inside died, but no one seemed to notice for twenty-four hours, and the building was burnt to crisp in the meantime, right in the middle of a bustling neighbourhood.

A few students figured out that others have these powers and are using it to get what they want. Whether it's just an entertaining prank or a murder, these powers are being used reguraly, and they will continue to cause chaos until the entire town is in shambles.

Powers can range from being able to turn back time to having the ability to give someone a fatal illness. Try to be original. I'm going to have two, possibly three characters, and one will be able to kill any living thing if she concentrates hard enough. Don't worry, she's a good guy.
