I picked Lukari and the location of Noe Town for this fanfic of you and her, cuz I like her style.

And not to mention she's a mysterious, pretty girl.

Which is a very good reason why I picked Noe Town when I first made my fanfic "Lukari's Story".

A few of my dear beloved readers mentioned she's pretty mysterious and it makes me happy to hear that, because I never knew Noe Town was the perfect place for someone like Lukari to live at.
