The story will start off two years after peace was brought to the world after the Great Ninja War.
Sasuke is out of prison, and he lost his wife Sakura, due to her miscarrying a fetus, that didn't fully pass out of her uterus, so she went septic, and passed away.
Sasuke is now living a single life, and Naruto finds Kiro on the battlefield, on a mission, and rescues her, thus Sasuke is ordered to watch over her, until Naruto decides her fate.

Kiro has nightmares about sexual assault, because she has an irrational fear of being pregnant, and being raped, and her biological father often while beating her, threatened to rape her.
She suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and is skittish of men.
But Sasuke will eventually heal her heart.
In this story Sasuke is a warm hearted man towards her.

The first chapter she has a nightmare and there will be a warning for it up at the top.
