Sadly, anime can only have three of these.

1: Great animation.

2: Great plot.

3: Great characters.

4: Great fanservice.

Prime example: Highschool DXD, it has 1, 2, and 4.

Rias: arrogant spoiled b*tch who thinks everything will work out for her.

Issei: the physical form of the words 'pathetic' and 'desperate'.

Koneko: cute badass loli who suddenly turns to a cat in heat out for a pervert, for no reason.

Asia: former nun who somehow starts trying to seduce the same pervert.

Akeno: D&S girl who falls in love with the same pervert for literally no reason.

Kiba: good looking dude with cursed past but somehow doesn't win any girls. (Like seriously, WTF. I know about tsubaki, but what about everyone else?)

Xenovia: hypocrite who turns devil for no reason and suddenly wants babies for even stupider reasons.

Irina: Cute but has the brain of a bug. (Go check, you'll notice.)

Rosswise: literally the only good character in the anime but is highly abused. (seriously, this girl deserves some love.)
