It has been 2 months since that night and the sickness has been numbed for a while. Akaashi was on Sugawara's lap the couch on her phone while Sugawara watched some television. Oikawa went out shopping and dragged along Kenma saying "basement dwellers need light too!" It was just a peaceful noon until a knock at the door came.

"I'll get it." Sugawara pushed Akaashi to the couch and walked to their door. "Hello?" She opens to the door to find Kageyama with a small brown bag with medicine. "Um, is Akaashi-senpai home?" She asks.

"Yes, why?"

Kageyama pushes the bag to Sugawara bashfully. "She has been feeling sick lately so," Her eyebrows were furrowed, she's trying hard to say it. Being nice doesn't come easy for her. "I bought some medicine to feel better." She was blushing a little. Sugawara smiled and patted her head. "Why not give it to her, she is here after all." She guides her inside and lets her sit of their couch next to Akaashi.

"Kageyama bought something for you." She informs. Akaashi nods, already hearing their conversation so she knows. She puts her phone down and grabs the bag, finding some medication bottle and a cough syrup. She gives a small smile to Kageyama and patted her head too. "Thank you, darling. You didn't need to." She thanks. Kageyama just shakes her head. "I wanted to. I worried about you."

Sugawara already went to go make all 3 of them a cup of tea while the 2 raven heads talked about assignments and other meticulous stuff. "Say..." Akaashi changes conversation. "I have been meaning to get something but couldn't find the time to, you mind coming with me?" She randomly asks Kageyama. She nods her head innocently to the question while Sugawara quietly infers.

She's probably just getting some school items from the small store nearby. It might just be something small like that. Or maybe...it could be a test she was too afraid to get herself. That would mean that she knows about her sudden pregnancy, for how long though? It could be just a few days ago, or did she already know but didn't tell anyone? It was racking up Sugawara's brain.

"Thank you, Kageyama. Just wait here." Akaashi thanks and goes to the bathroom to shower. Sugawara peeks out the kitchen to see Kageyama watching the show she left on, she sighs at her. Poor innocent girl doesn't understand what's happening, makes her feel bad. It was later that Akaashi came out with a comfortable set of sweaters and jeans.

"Alright let's go." She goes out and Kageyama follows behind like a loyal dog. "We'll be back in a while, Suga." She notes and finally closes the door and locks it from the outside. That just leaves Sugawara and her thoughts, what's she going to do now? Await when she comes back and hope that the test is negative? Maybe she should prepare some much needed comfort food for when the truth hits hard.

She goes back to making tea.

They were in a small pharmacy while looking around for certain things. Kageyama was ogling the milk candy on a small racket, Akaashi thanks the heavens that she was distracted for a little. She goes to a small aisle where she confronts women necessities...and pregnancy tests. She hesitates, does she really want to know? If it comes out positive, how is she going to break it to her friends? Family?

If she tells them, will they disown her? Stop being friends with her? Maybe even spread rumors that she's a whore who got herself knocked up...

More importantly, who's the father?

All these questions plagued her mind, not noticing that Kageyama ditched the candy and went to her. She looked at the tests and raises an eyebrow to her upperclass. "Why are you getting pregnancy tests?" The question snapped Akaashi out of her over-thinking and startled her, she didn't realize that she picked up one on the shelf.

"Oh! Um...a family member of mine thinks she's expecting but isn't sure. She asked me to buy her one." She quickly makes up a excuse. Thankfully, Kageyama doesn't pry and shrugs, moving to the next aisle. She breathes a sigh of relief. She puts the last test into her pockets and makes her way to the register.

"Have a good day." Akaashi can see the quick judgmental look the lady at the counter gave her when she went to go pay. It was a disappointed look and it only fed into her pessimism. She was young and already got a bun baking, how irresponsible of her. She doesn't even know who her baby daddy is, huh? What a pathetic lonely mother.

"Let's go..." She didn't say anything much, she knew if she did that she would start tearing up. "Okay." They walked back to her apartment complex. "Thank you for accompanying me today, Kageyama." Kageyama patted her back as a response. "Feel better and tell that member congratulations." She walked away to her own home. Akaashi sighs and go inside the entrance.

Congratulations, huh?
