"It was a really weird dream," You frown, looping your arm through Jimin's as you walk side-by-side with him down the hallway. "It felt so...blurry amd realistic."

"That happens sometimes." Your boyfriend nods sagely as he looks around. "When you're disturbed or indecisive."

"Yeah, but-" You break off, sighing. "When I woke up, I found myself in my bedroom...but it was almost as if I could smell the attic still. It was disorientating."

"Your dream was in the attic?" He raises an eyebrow. "Pretty unusual."

"My father had made some changes to it when I was a littke kid." You say with a small sigh.

"Ah," Jimin smiles with the air of a professor who has just found the correct answer to a student's query. "Maybe then your dream was of some nostalgic value. Like...about something you want?"

You swallow, biting your lip as you shy away from his stare guiltily. "Um, I don't think that's it, Chim."

He frowns. "What was in that dream that you're so disturbed?"

You shake your head quickly. "Nothing. Nothing at all."

Jimin shrugs, but his expression is unconvinced. "Okay then."

Your eyes travel to the horse of students-mainly girls-who have gathered around the bulletin board, and a frown makes it's way onto your face. "What's over there?" You tug at Jimin's sleeve.

The blonde looks over, confusion spilling across his features. "Maybe it's some kind of-"

"Come on," You pull him along as you make your way over to it. "Let's check it out."

"I don't see how it concerns us." He frowns, but lets himself be pulled along. "Why are you so excited?"

"Because it's almost the first of January." You answer. "Maybe something is happening."

Jimin sighs as you push through the crowd, pulling him along. Your eyes squint at the board, trying to make out the words on the big gold-and-silver flyer that has been placed smack in the middle of the announcements. Once both of you read it, your arm goes limp.

The curiosity falls off your expression, and Jimin grins happily.

"Oh." You say in a small voice. "So that's what it is."

Lisa looks at you from the distance, her gaze sourly moving to Jimin's back. She folds her arms over her chest, shaking her head before turning away.

"Damn you, Park Jimin," She mutters under her breath, sighing heavily. "You took her from me."

"It's not a good idea to talk to yourself like that, you know."

Lisa turns sharply to the bew voice, her short blonde hair fanning across the air. Her eyes narrow as she spots the brunette standing confidently behind her, her hands on her hips.

"It's none of your business," She purses her lips, lifting her chin.

"Maybe that isn't." The girl shrugs, smiling a little. "But you're standing in front of my locker."

"Oh." Lisa's eyes widen in realisation and she moves aside, blushing.

The brunette smiles to herself before opening her locker, making the inside visible to the girl next to her.

Lisa's eyes widen further as she notices the big logo on the inside of her locker door, clear as day. It's a rainbow.

"Ah," Lisa raises an eyebrow. "Supporter of my community?"

The girl shrugs. "Supporter of our community."

The blonde blinks, and a small smile sneaks its way onto her face. "I'm Lisa."

The brunette turns to her, and smiles, nodding in acknowledgement.

"Jennie."

"Hyung." Jungkook smiles his cute little bunny smile as he sees Taehyung walk in.

"What's up, Kookie?" Taehyung smiles, but the boy notices it is weary. He's tired, probably after a long day of celebrating his birthday.

He's been out since morning, skipping second half with Y/N-of course, the one person who's been with him since forever-ticking off a list of things he'd collected since his last birthday, all those things he's wanted to do when his next birthday comes.

It was an amazing day, of course, and this time, no one disturbed your 'quality best friend time'-but all that touring around has made him a little worn out.

But when Tae looks at the smiling face of his boyfriend-yes, they finally started dating-he knows he's not going to want to sleep right now.

"I made something for you," Jungkook says excitedly, grabbing the older's wrist and pulling him to the kitchen. "I hope you'll like it!"

"I'll love it, if my little Kookie worked so hard to make it," Taehyung grins his familiar, wide, box-shaped grin. "What is it?"

"Look." The younger comes out of the kitchen with a small cupcake in his hand, with a lone candle stuck on top of it.

It's wrapped in a smiley-face patterned cupcake wrapper, Tae notices with a smile, and it's big. On top of the little bake, with green icing, Jungkook has decorated the words 'Happy Birthday Hyung', with another smiley face next to it.

Taehyung is in awe.

"Happy Birthday, hyung." Jungkook smiles widely, pushing the cupcake forward cutely. "I made this for you-since, you know, your favourite colour is green."

The gray-haired boy takes it from the boy's hands and blows out the candle with a smile, to which the younger claps. Grinning, Taehyung offers a bite to Jungkook, who accepts.

The cupcake is delicious.

Within minutes, all the two are left with is a wrapper and crumbs.

"Thank you, Kookie," The older boy says warmly, making him blush.

"It was my pleasure," He smiles, before furtively moving closer to the boy.

Taehyung smiles, noticing the action, and leans down to capture the boy's pink lips in a sweet kiss.

And the kiss, to both of them, feels just like the touch of a feather.

"You're special." He whispers as he pulls away a moment later, resting his forehead against Jungkook's.

"So are you." Jungkook whispers back, and they stay.

Because sometimes, forever lasts just one moment.
